Elmhurst 1925 Barista Edition Almond Milk, Plant-Based, Vegan, 32 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Perfect, unbelievable, consistent, so glad that I found this product. My Jura Giga 10 super automatic coffee system makes many types of drinks (35) and many contain milk (latte, macchiato, cappuccino, etc.). I have tested all kinds of products and brands (almond, oat, cow, macadamia, pistachio, etc.), a vast variety of formulas, and nothing comes close to creating perfect foam with an amazing taste such as this pistachio milk from Elmhurst. I did not know how I would feel about this product and wondered about the premium price, but wonder no more, this is the best. It is shelf stable so I order in boxes of six and make sure I keep plenty on hand. The pistachio milk is poured into the Jura Cool Control and stays at 38 degrees without an issues for a week or so. By then, it is gone and ready for the next 32 oz. BTW, it tastes great cold right out of the carton, but I really do stick with using it for my coffee drinks.

Favorite creamer. Great flavor well packaged. Transported perfectly. Can stay in shelwithout opening. Deluciius lie cakirue and heakthy nut milk. .

Elmhurst’s Oat Milk Barista Edition is my go-to for frothing at home. While it’s a bit pricier than some other options, I find the value for money to be excellent—especially considering the short, clean ingredient list. Compared to other barista oat milks, this one skips the fillers and unnecessary additives while still delivering on texture and taste.I use it with my home espresso machine, and it froths up surprisingly well—even for someone who isn’t a pro at milk steaming. No, it doesn’t get quite as frothy or creamy as real dairy milk (no alt milk does), but for a plant-based option with limited ingredients, it comes very close. The flavor is smooth and neutral, the creaminess is spot on, and it checks all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a milk alternative I can reliably froth for my espresso drinks.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a high-quality, simple-ingredient oat milk that performs well in lattes and cappuccinos.

Firstly, I love Elmhurst products. They are my favorite and I will purchase no other.Secondly, I ordered a case of pistachio milk for a pistachio-based recipe and received almond instead. I like almond, but it wasn't what I ordered. Anywho, below is a review for the almond barista milk.I frequently buy the original almond milk by Elmhurst and I had assumed it would be similar considering it's another Elmhurst almond milk. Unfortunately, it's a blend. In fact, I'd go as far to say that there is just as much rice as there are almonds in this version. I personally am not that big a fan of rice milk to begin with (the taste is fine but I prefer the nut milks) but this is runny and far more watery than the plain almond, cashew, walnut, and pistachio milks I love by Elmhurst. I would not recommend purchasing if you are not looking for a blend of nut and grain, or if you do not like rice (it tastes more like "rice milk with a hint of almond"). Also, I would not recommend if you want your order to be accurate.
