Product works excellent. Exactly like the one I used in Italy when I took a cooking class. Super easy to assemble and wipe down. Very smooth crank. Everything works as described! Amazing product at a great price.

There’s a learning curve for sure. I would recommend this for those starting out to learn. I think the spaghetti cutter is probably okay, but I didn’t keep the dough thick enough. Overall the roller works well.

I didn’t really like the pasta cutter portion of the product. However, I LOVE the dough flattening portion. I use this product frequently and if used correctly, it works just as well as an expensive pasta attachment.Photos are pastas that were flattened using this product. The shaping was not from this product; I hand cut the shape.

This little kitchen equipment is so awesome for making your own pasta! There’s adjustable dials for the thickness of your rolled pasta dough and noodles. I learned to start at the biggest thickness and work my way down to thinner sheets for the best result. If you flour your dough you shouldn’t have any problems with it being sticky. It’s heavy duty because it’s stainless steel.

Love this! Very sturdy. Had been cutting homemade pasta by hand and this makes life so much easier. It has different thicknesses and types. Had just bought a roller tool and it was worthless. So glad I got this.

The clamp didn't fit the thickness of my counter. Crank handle falls out of the slot often. There are only two pasta shapes, noodles and string pasta that fell apart. It is not washable. They suggest that the next batch of pasta will clean it out, but I find that unsanitary. The instruction booklet is not worth the paper it is printed on. Will be looking for something better.

Does what it's supposed to do, but mine has a minor flaw where the crank handle does not fit perfectly. I had to take a file to the handle to get it to fit into the recessed socket. I've only used it a few times to make dumpling wrappers and it works great for that. I wish there was a way to clean it though, I'm a little concerned about industrial residue/oils left over during the manufacturing process. Not the best option on the market but definitely worth the price.
