Very good, comfortable and reusable
Very good if you need a modest amount of correction and very comfortable. Well designed to fit the foot. I have reused my older ones for years by simply washing and inserting in new shoes.

Wedges
Lift is good but didn't stay in place. May have to put some type of glue.Additional information. Company sent new wedges. Along with a repair procedure for the original set. You will have to judge if they are effective for yourself.

Relieved Knee Pain
I play tennis 4 to 5 times/week. The old knees were starting to hurt after a couple of hours on the court. I wasn't going to stop playing, but needed a fix. After talking to a sports injury expert, these and PowerStep inserts were recommended for me. Wow, what a difference! No knee pain and no foot pain either. The combo has helped improve my game 10 fold as Im not worrying if I'm going to pop a knee. These little gel pads are perfectly designed to correct my gait. I just slipped them under the insoles and they don't move. So pleased with this product. I bought more for my clay tennis shoes so I don't have to bother swapping them out. Ive been wearing them for about 6mths and they don't seem to need replacement yet.

They’re ok
So when I wore these they pushed my foot forward into the toe area so it made me feel like I was wearing heels which kind of was not the purpose for this lift. I wear it on the outside because my heels rocks out. And it does keep them from doing that but it also is like a little heel on the inside that pushes my foot forward and squishes my toes. So it does work but I can’t decide if I like them or not. I will keep trying them out and maybe add to this review.Edit to add: So the seller was phenomenal and reach out to me even before I ever thought of reaching out to them. I was just gonna keep these and not really do anything with them I guess . Because it’s kind of a pain to return things and they went above and beyond to make me happy and give me a refund and fix whatever I didn’t like. Offering me other solutions also. I ended up just returning them and getting my money back. Really great seller!

Did not stay stuck- lost both the 1st day
Worked, except it did not stay stuck to my sandals and I lost both the first day because they fell off.

Relief from Hip & Knee pain
Delivered quickly and as described. These work great! I'm suffering from hip and knee pain from over-pronation (supination) and was looking for relief. I spent good money on a pair of shoes to get relief but was still lacking. Addition of these inserts has provided great relief. I'll be ordering additional sets for other shoes

Should last a long time
I got these to help correct supination. They are made out of a clear silicone-like material that is sturdy but still flexible for comfort when standing on them. For the past month, I've used them almost daily and have not had the silicone flatten out at all and don't believe that it will in the future, either. The adhesive sticks well. I haven't had to move them, so I can't say how well they would continue to stick afterwards. I recommend putting them UNDER the insoles of your shoes, if you are able, because the higher back and outer edge are rounded so, if you are wearing socks or stockings, your heel tends to slide a little and pushes your foot a bit forward inside your shoe. (However, I don't believe this would happen if using them with a bare foot inside the shoe, as the silicone insert would tend to "grab" onto your skin and hold your foot in place better.) With the inserts put UNDER the shoe's insole, the rounded edge is covered so your foot stays in place when wearing socks or stockings. The gradual incline height of the insoles are good to comfortably help correct the foot's supination and seems to make my ankles and knees feel better.
