Worth Every Penny
My wife wanted a home sauna. After a bit of research, I found this one. Shipping happened promptly and it was delivered about a week ahead of schedule (took about a week and a half). After I got it carried to the room where we wanted it, we spent about 45 minutes assembling it. We could have probably done it in 30 minutes but the instructions were a bit unclear. The unit heats up quickly and I'm surprised how little heat escapes. At 130 degrees (we haven't maxed out the temp yet), there is no discernable heat loss and the outside walls remain at room temperature. Our sauna came with one of the side windows not installed properly. There is a gap of about 1/8 inch between the glass and the trim. Customer support responded via email within 24 hours and have shipped a replacement to me. I am quite happy with their response and willingness to help. The controls are minimal and very intuitive to operate. There are duplicate controls inside and out.The only bad thing I can say about it is that the supplied audio system isn't very good. Connecting to Bluetooth works, but it can be described as cumbersome at best. In fact, I ended up just unplugging the audio system and repurposing the built-in speakers to use with an external Bluetooth amp.My wife absolutely loves her sauna, says she has no buyer's remorse, and can't think of anything she'd suggest as improvements. All in all, I'm impressed. I highly recommend this sauna. You won't be sorry with your purchase.

HIghly Recommend This Sauna
First of all, I've never written a product review on Amazon, but felt compelled to do so for this Sauna. It's fantastic and I highly recommend it. Having been recently diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, I needed to find a good sauna for my detoxification therapy. I researched the various types available and thoroughly read many reviews before deciding to buy this one. Allow me to explain the reasons for my 5 star rating.Delivery - The sauna arrived by semi-truck on the scheduled day. It was neatly and securely packaged in multiple boxes on a pallet, i.e. the manufacturer took care to properly package the sauna so that it would not get damaged in transit from China. Opening the boxes, all parts were labeled for easy identification. One complaint against the private carrier is that they sent one guy with a manual pallet truck to move this 400lb shipment. A friend and I had to help him push it from the truck to the garage. They should have at least told us this.Assembly - Place the base on the floor, set the back and 2 sides in place, snapping the latches together along the sides. This was very simple, and the latches aligned perfectly. Install 2 heater panels and the seat inside the sauna, then assemble the front panel to the sides snapping the latches together. Set the top in place, plug the cables together, add accessories inside the sauna and you're ready to go. Contrary to other saunas, this one has 4 of the heater panels pre-mounted, and all the wiring has plugs for simple connection. The wiring is neatly done (i.e. safe). Regarding the instructions for assembly and operation of the sauna, they are adequate.Operation - This sauna heats very quickly, going from 66 degrees F to 136 degrees F in approximately 25 minutes with the temperature set to 140 deg F. Once it reaches 140F (only a couple of more minutes), the controller cycles between 140F and 136F, swinging through this range every few minutes.. This is perfectly adequate to get you into a good sweat for the recommended 30 minute period. I don't know why other reviews have said it takes much longer to heat, but I can say that this unit, assembled properly, heats rapidly. Regarding the control panel, it is really convenient to have one on both the outside and inside. When the timer counts down to 1 minute, the alarm starts beeping. It's easy to stop the alarm by adding more time to the timer or simply pushing the Power Off button if you are done. The lights are LED and plenty bright enough for reading in the sauna, and again, it's nice to be able to control the lights from inside or outside the sauna.Suggested Improvements - I could have given this sauna only 4 stars because of what I will say in this section. However, I really love how well it works as a sauna, so these things are not deal breakers. First, the radio loses power when you disconnect the main power plug as recommended, so you lose preset stations that you may have set. Second, the backrests included with the sauna are very comfortable but they need a board added to the bottom edge to keep them in a slightly back-leaning direction. Otherwise, they tip forward against you when you lean back. I screwed a 3"W piece of wood to the bottom and that worked great. Third, I feel the magazine rack is unnecessary and out-dated. Instead, I fabricated a small L-shaped shelf to hold my tablet so that I can watch TV (over the wifi), Much more enjoyable and eliminates the need for listening to the radio. Lastly, the instructions that came with the multi-color light panel and the ionizer leave a lot to be desired. They should improve on them.If you are trying to decide between the 1 person and 2 person sauna, I definitely recommend the 2 person. While I use it alone, it's nice to have the extra room to shift around and towel myself off while sweating. Lastly, the sauna looks really nice and can be placed in a room like a piece of furniture. We put ours in the corner of the guest bedroom (see attached picture.) Also, notice that the front door is all glass and the sides have side light glass. This eliminates that feeling of sitting inside a box that you may get with other saunas.

Giving it a 5 ..but.
There were some issues but I didn't want to knock off a star because of them. In the end its exactly what I expected and what I wanted, it does what its suppose to do.Packaging: 5 stars. plenty of styrofoam protection heavy duty boxes, palleted on a double length pallet which protects it from being hit by other products while in transit. Even the boxes were heavy when they were empty.Assembly and instruction. 2 stars. The instructions were obviously translated, I'm guessing from Chinese. Some things are vague. Attach the back panel to the floor...actually means sit the back panel on the floor.. The side panels attach the the front and back panel..at no point does anything attach to the floor. Except the floor heater. The third step says to install the floor heater..but doesnt say exactly where. Leaving that tip out added a few hours to the install time. Because I had to remove it and start over. Tip- centeras far as left and right, which I did. But dont center it from front to back. Keep it as close as you can to the front panel... I originally put it all the way back touching the seating area which made it hard to put the screws into it. Another tip: You start with the floor piece, make sure it is level where it will be sitting. I checked mine and it wasn't level..old farmhouse. I had to move it around a bit to assemble to reach around the side and the back so it went out of level, which prevents the door from shutting properly, or rather staying shut with the magnets. Once level I was relieved the door shut better although not impressed with the door sealing. It has a sort of a weather strip and it sits 1/4 inch off of this insulation strip when the door is closed, so it doesn't do much good.Another tip: Don't use the screws that comes with it. I started with an electric drill and it ripped the head right off the screw so I did the rest with a screwdriver and still ended up breaking one. One was on the floor heater.. thats what took time moving it with one screw broke off with no head. The Sauna: 5 star. I'm happy with it. It took 30 minutes to warm up from a room temp of 80 to 120. It was stuck at 109 for 10 minutes then slowly climbed. The material is about what I expected at the cost. It will hold up fine. Cup holders are weak, but fine for adults. The radio is pretty cheap, the placement is bad. You can barely read the digital display at the angle its at. But it functions. The reception is bad, but I live over 50 miles from the nearest radio station. It wouldn't cost a lot to upgrade it with regular single din car stereo. The lights are nice. Just simple cheap LED's. Back rests are a somewhat awkward but do their job. In 99% of circumstances it will need to be completely disassembled to move it.Electrical usage- I hooked it up to my watt meter. Heaters by themselves use 1690 watts.Radio didn't show much change in watts. LEDS 1 watt for the inside 1 watt for the outside. I didn't test the colored light therapy portion. There is also a phantom load of 4 watts when it is turned off, so I will unplug mine after each use.For me that many watts for 45 minutes at .06 cents a kw. Comes to about 7 cents per session. I figure the heat loss warms the room its in..maybe saving a cent and I take a luke warm shower afterwards rather than a hot shower like I typically do. Maybe saves another cent. In the end a nickel per use. I think that is pretty reasonable.Edit: One more thing I forgot to include. The emf reading inside this sauna when turned on reads 1.4 on my emf set on gauss. Which is a good thing. Much lower than other saunas. Enjoy!
