The product was received by me intact without any damage, thanks to the very sturdy packaging. My tutor said I purchased a good product for very decent price which is 600- 700 Rs less than that available in the musical store + i received a bag and strap which would cost me another 700-800 Rs. So all in all it was a great product with an excellent deal. I rated it 5 stars and feel if you are a beginner guitarist go for this deal

I've wrongly chosen this product over Kadence just for black colour and i repent on the decision. The first product i received was damaged (neck brocken), rusted fret marks, with damages seen on the body. I thought, it must be a mistake that they sent such a product through Amazon, and decided to request for replacement. Today, i received the replacement, thankfully this time, the neck was intact, but the joining point of the fret board on main body was uneven and seems about to break. Fret board was dusty and rusted. I'm totally fed up with the seller and hence requesting for refund.

Product came without any scratches. I ordered it during lockdown. Great service by amzon. Decent guitar, sound quality is average, you need to change the strings for better sound. can't expect much in this price. Very much happy with the guitar. Good for beginners.

Worst product

sound is very good but guitar are damaged .. 3rd and 4th string are totaly crack and in the back side guitar crack but sound is good

Guitar is delivered on time. It was very well packed by seller. After tuning the guitar sound is really good. I recommend to buy it from Amazon - Fret (seller) as their service and Guitar are genuine. I am well satisfied and it's a good guitar for beginners.

Ordered black and got a blue guitar. No extra strings, no strap, no plectrums as described in the product information. Totally disappointed. The guitar sound is good but not the guitar that I ordered.
