Useful product. Well tolerated

I love the product. Day 1 I consumed a full tablet (220 mg). I experienced the deepest, longest, and most relaxing sleep. Even the alarm didn't wake me up! I woke up refreshed. I now only consume half a tablet at 5:30 PM as that is sufficient for me. I'm asleep by 10 PM! Additionally, my muscles recover better after a workout. Past injuries don't hurt as much.

Worst product ever. When i opened the box strong CHEMICAL smell was coming from the medicine pills. That caused Vomiting and diarrhoea. Never buy this product ever. Even i bought Vitamin D3+K2 Tablets from Tata 1mg. All three days whenever i ate i got diarrhoea 🤮. If you want to fulfill your nutritional needs Eat only on the prescription of a good experienced doctor and eat only natural supplements. As these toxic supplements are Allopathic i.e Drugs used and formula made which could put strain on kidney and cause Kidney Failure if eaten regularly. Kindly stay away from this medicine

There is a strong fermented fish smell.I am not sure if its normal. Packaging looks like original product. Mfg May-2025. Exp Oct-2026.But the tablets are cheapest compared to other brands.
