I've been researching what can help me slim down my body and also resolve my digestive issues Which I've had since the childhood (IBS). After much research, I was pointed in the direction of probiotics and very specifically, probiotics that are found in lean people. I research those specific probiotics that are found in lean people, and this product had them. In addition, it also had probiotics that were specifically noted for digestive improvement. I have been taking these regularly for two weeks and I have to tell you, I have seen a massive improvement in both my ability to eat certain foods that frequently would upset my stomach and also I have noticed the belly fat/around my waist is slimming down. To me, I see this working as I had hoped! I'm going to continue taking this regularly over the summer and hopefully get back to my thinner body from before I had children. (and yes, I do not have any cravings of sugary type foods, etc. so this is also helping me eliminate those type of cravings and continue on the path of slow slowly, but surely taking my life back.)

En resumen tengo unas 4 semanas usándolo y definitivamente me ha dejado sorprendida, tanto que siento que un problema de años se ha solucionado en casi su totalidad en un mes. No había forma de que yo fuera al baño de manera natural y tardaba días sin poder hacerlo, sin embargo ahora voy hasta 2 o 3 veces al día, y repito, años con temas de estreñimiento. No se si en algún momento cambie mi opinión pero hasta ahora me alegra ser de las compradoras que vio un resultado positivo. No se como se lo toman los demás, yo tomo dos al dia, una en ayunas antes del desayuno y una antes de la comida. Tomar mucha agua de coco y agua mineral, es todo !!!!!

Pleasantly shocked! I wake up wirh a flat stomach and when i go to bed i look like I am pregnant. I took ONE of these for the first time and no bloated belly! Amazing!!!! Sooooo happy on day 2 of using this product.

This product is ok. The caplet leaves an after taste. And I do find them to be weak. But over all..You try them.

This probiotic is a daily supplement in my household. I have bought them multiple times and always make sure we have them in the house. These probiotics have no smell, and are easy to swallow. They are effective for gut health.

This product really changed my life. Medication that I take has caused me to experience SEVERE constipation consistently for the past 14 years. No laxatives or any level of hydration including loads of fiber have ever really made a big enough difference to be regular for any length of time. But, I started taking these probiotics a shot-in-the-dark. I had seen in online articles that probiotics seem to be controversial as to whether or not they will help with chronic constipation, especially when it is caused by or associated with opiate/opioid medications. Anyway, after receiving this bottle I took the full dose of two tablets and ever since the next morning I have had a normal, healthy BM including every morning since. Even if I miss a day or two of my probiotic dose, I still sustain regularity. As long as I continue my two tablet daily dose after missing a day or two. I have yet to experience any relapses of constipation. I have had a normal BM daily for the past 9 weeks that I have been taking this particular probiotic. I have had zero noticeable side effects, like upset stomach, loose stools etc. I went from having a BM once per week (on average) to consistent daily regularity. I have experienced some of the worst constipation symptoms over the past 14 years including an entire month of November with a single BM. I don't normally believe in a magic pill for ailment, but this has been just that for me. To find that a relatively inexpensive, easy solution is available is such as relief for me. I have tried Kefir and other dairy products claiming to have billions of CFUs of probiotics and they did not help, at all. I have tried Metamucil and many similar fiber supplements to no avail. These probiotic capsules are relatively small and easy for me to swallow. I haven't noticed any flavor when I burp within an hour or two taking my daily two capsules. I have been taking the capsules with my lunch, just because that tends to be my largest meal of the day. If you are suffering the way I was with irregularity, I strongly urge you to try this product. I can't endorse any other probiotic capsule-type supplements simple because I have not tried any other probiotic capsules that are similar to this product. But, I know this one has worked wonders for me since day one and now I am on day 50. I hope this review can help at least one person to experience the same kind of relief that I have from using this probiotic.Update: After 3 months these probiotic capsules are working a little too well for me. I have had to adjust the amount that I take down to 1 capsule every other day. That is 1/4 of the dosage I was taking before. But, I was getting some loose stool and found myself having to return to the restroom to re-clean up to 3 or 4 times in a day after a loose BM. This decrease in the number of capsules I am taking has not decreased my regularity. However, I have still been having fairly loose BMs. I have never experienced this problem of having to return to the rest room multiple times to re-wipe. I know a lot of you do not want to read about BMs. But, I know I would want to know this information had I been able to read it before making a decision on the type of probiotic to try first. If you are having constipation more than a few time per month, this probiotic could be a cure for your discomfort. Just keep in mind that the recommend dosage on the bottle can be decreased without diminished results.

It had helped me with my gut issues, no more bloating. It really works. I have recommended to my family and friends.
