Refreshing
This is a decent budget oil pulling oil with minimal ingredients and added peppermint oil. You get 120ml of oil in a plastic bottle. I would have preferred a glass container especially since the product contains essential oils but a plastic bottle is convenient for dispensing the oil and it’s lightweight enough to take with you when on the go. The taste is also refreshing albeit a little sweet.

Better than mouthwash
Small bottle of pulling oil, comes with an internal plastic seal to prevent leakage. Never used pulling oil before, advises taking one tablespoon (more than enough, used half this amount) swilling this in your mouth for two to three minutes before brushing. Mild menthol taste, unlike some products its very easy to hold the liquid in your mouth without a burning sensation / urge to spit it out. Leaves your mouth feeling fresh and slightly slimy (albeit pleasant) sensation from the coconut oil. Comparable to Chlorhexidine in some studies, just far nicer to use. Old remedy pulling oil which has been used for years, something I'll likely continue with. Better than expected, happy to recommend.
