This electric wheelchair was delivered without the promised battery which renders the chair useless. Frequent attempts to obtain the battery from the seller, a Chinese company called LOKTCH, who also make or sell the battery, have proved similarly useless. The company is therefore totally unreliable and untrustworthy. The chair looks good but the company is so unreliable that the chair may well be as unreliable as the company itself. I would advise any prospective purchaser to have absolutely no dealings with this company's or its products. I greatly fear you will be very disappointed.
