I rarely write reviews however this companies customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. I have had this item since October of 2024. It works wonderful and I have received many compliments from guests of how great our home smells. It is customizable and runs efficiently. The app is easy to use. Recently however I was unable to access the app. I reached out to the seller, and they responded immediately. They troubleshooted the issues and provided me with detailed information and instructions. Because of their assistance I was able to find a setting on my phone was enlarging the app causing me to be unable to access the full screen. I cannot say enough about their exceptional customer service and willingness to help. It was an error on my end, not theirs yet they invested their time to help solve it. Truly an A+ seller.

It works and i can smell the change in the room.
It leaves a film on the glass surface in the room. Sent is strong and other than the blue light you wouldn’t know it was in the room.

Works really well and covers a large area.The hardest part is finding oil that is large enough to refill it lol.My wife isn't a fan of how it looks but it looks perfectly fine to me.It does serve it's purpose.It does work like any plug in, once you get used to the sent you dont smell it as much but others coming to your home will notice it.

Works very well and as described, quiet and love the Bluetooth feature. The only thing I can see that they could improve would be to sell extra nozzles for the machine for switching out the scents effortlessly

Not worth to buy it and buy the expensive oil that doesn’t smell that great that I expected.

This is a nice way to disperse scent throughout your home. It's fairly easy to set up, the app is easy enough to understand and customize, even if it may occasionally require some trouble shooting. You can use any fragrance oil you want and you don't have to refill it often. It's not a small unit, but it's not in the way either, so I have no complaints on how it looks. Overall, this is a good option for making your home smell welcoming and I'm glad I have it.
