As I've aged it has become clear that my body odor is harder to wash away and keep away. I don't know if it's the old person smell, but I don't like it and that's what matters. Some prescription drugs cause noxious body odor, too. I read about persimmon soap and saw that it was quite expensive This brand is not as expensive and it works very well. Also, I use a crystal for my deodorant. Together with this soap I smell nice and odor-free, sometimes for 48 hours. I keep the bar away from water while not using it, and use it on my underarms only. That way it will last much longer.

Great for 'old people' odor (makes the bathroom smell nice too). And for teen boys stinky feet, even smelly dogs....

These soap bars come nicely and individually wrapped, and there's a nice citrusy orange fragrance to them. The fragrance is noticeable right out the box, and in the shower too, but it's subtle and not too strong. The soap forms a good lather, and overall does a good job cleaning. It does feel hydrating and my skin remains soft and moisturized. My one concern with this is on the odor control side. While the soap says that it's naturally deodorizing, I've had odor issues than within a few hours of showering and not on overly sweaty days.
