Quit looking for a different keto friendly noodle. It’s here.
OK, I never come back on Amazon and reviews. I probably should because I buy enough off of here, but I was so torn about what noodles to buy switching over to a keto diet and finally building up the courage to try keto pasta (and not ruin a whole meal) after seven months, I feel like I should probably Let everybody else in on a little secret. This is hands-down, the best pasta you can ever eat on a keto diet, or ever. In fact, I don’t know if we will ever go back to regular noodles. As long as you follow and trust the cooking time, which sometimes ends up being a little bit longer than you think it should be for al dente type pasta (yes, that’s important) you are going to be so glad you bought these. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than traditional 0.99 pasta, but everything I had hoped for in these exceeded what I ever expected wanted in a traditional noodle. have found even better benefits and taste in these. Like I said, I never leave reviews on Amazon, but for those of you that are trying to find a good noodle and struggling with a pasta craving on a keto diet, this is the one to go for. Quit searching. If my husband said these taste nothing different than a regular noodle then I feel like that is a big selling point coming from somebody that grew up on pasta, tortillas, rice, etc..

Delicious option to lower carb pasta
My boyfriend and I are watching our carbs, he’s diabetic and I am trying to lose a little weight. I purchased the variety pack and have cooked the penne so far. I used 1/2 box to cook for two people, and I drained the water after boiling for a few minutes, ( I didn’t time it, I usually just check for doneness with a fork and pinching the pasta in half ) then added olive oil, 1 can of fire roasted diced tomatoes, fresh sautéed garlic and chopped zucchini, salt/pepper to taste and a little stevia to cut the acidity, we ate it as a side with grilled chicken breast. The pasta absorbed the juice from the fire roasted tomatoes which gave it more flavor. I’m definitely going to continue buying this!

Low Calorie, low carb, full flavor. most excellent product.
I don’t understand about the calories and carbs, how it’s possible to have low numbers for both and yet it tastes the same as our regular spaghetti, but I can say I do not gain weight after eating this when I do gain weight on both regular and lentil spaghetti. The real trick, though, is my husband’s blood sugar numbers which do not rise the way both regular and lentil spaghetti raises them. He is ecstatic and so am I, because despite the 17 minutes it takes to cook this stuff, spaghetti and meatballs is still a super easy dinner for me to get on the table. Most excellent product.

Does it truly have 24 Grams of fiber PER SERVING?
I do question the fiber content and whether it truly gives the RDA. I am prediabetic and love pasta, but having 2 servings per day should put me at nearly 2 times what is recommended to maintain healthy digestion and regularity. I'm just not seeing it. 3rd party testing? Can General Mills give me assurance that their claim is accurate. If I took 48 grams of fiber in either a supplement or some cereals. there's no question. Fiber is also important to keep glucose levels at normal and prevent rises and falls from high glycemic foods.

The real deal!
Carb Diem, I sincerely hope you never discontinue this product! After an extensive search for the perfect pasta substitute, I can confidently say that these are the best I've found. I followed the cooking instructions on the box, which recommended a cooking time of 15 minutes, and it was absolutely perfect. The texture was just right—not rubbery or overly chewy at all, which is often a concern with alternative pastas. What really impressed me was how neutral the smell was during cooking; there were no unpleasant odors that sometimes accompany gluten-free or alternative pasta options. The taste was remarkably authentic, much like traditional pasta, which made it a hit with everyone in my household. We all agreed that it could easily be mistaken for the real deal! I'm officially hooked on Carb Diem, and I'm thrilled to have found a product that meets my dietary needs while still delivering on taste and texture. Thank you for creating such a fantastic option!

Picky Pasta Eater Approved!
So pasta is my favorite food on the planet. Spaghetti, taco pasta, Alfredo, Mac and cheese... You name it, I love it. So as you can imagine, all this pasta loving came with some extra pounds around the waistline.I was looking for a lower calorie alternative (instead of just eating less of the normal stuff, because what's the fun in that?), and I tried a few other kinds that just didn't hit the same as traditional pasta. Til I tried this pasta. The rotini and penne are amazing, I can't tell the difference between this and traditional pasta when mixed with sauce. I'm on my 3rd or 4th order, it's that good.I will say I wasn't a huge fan of the spaghetti though. But I think the noodles were just a little too thin for my liking. They weren't horrible, I just prefer the rotini or penne instead.

A must try for diabetics.
Carbe Diem is the answer to my pasta craving prayers!I’ve tried the chick pea pasta and the red lentil. Not a fan of either. After following the instructions, the pastas were just to chewy and did not care for the texture. I ended up tossing them both in the trash.Boiled up the Carbe Diem as per the directions on the box! Marvelous!! Taste just like the regular pasta. And it did not skyrocket my glucose readings after 30 minutes. You guys have a winner! I WILL order your pasta again and again and again.Thank you. 🤓

You’ve got to try this low carb pastas!
As a picky Italian who’s tried other low carb pastas, this is pretty darn close to the real thing. It smells and tastes like regular pasta. I’m sure I could fool some family members. I make a garlic and oil sauce with crushed red pepper and topped with freshly grated parm or pecorino Romano cheese. To die for! I tested my blood sugar before and 2 hrs later and it actually was lower than the previous reading even though I’m not diabetic. I don’t care if it takes a bit more time to cook. Usually about 14-15 mins because I like my pasta al dente. The texture is on point. I’ve made mac n cheese with the elbow pasta and it was also delicious. I’ve made pasta with peas and bacon with the penne. All of them came out great.
