I got this when I was having a rough time. I look back and realize I was going through a transformation. This book helped me focus on positive energy and truly gave me momentum when I was stuck in a negative space. Great investment in myself.

An interesting and informative book on using positive affirmations for self-improvement.
In spite of my advanced age, I am always seeking ways to improve myself in mind, body and spirit. I have been a voracious reader for more than 7 decades and when I saw this interesting 100-page soft cover book on Amazon (Daily Rituals: Positive affirmations to attract love, happiness and peace by Phoebe Garnsworthy) I decided to purchase it.Even though I had read numerous books in the past on the benefits of positive thinking and practicing affirmations I still found this to be a very informative and helpful book for anyone interested in improving themselves.The interesting about doing any daily ritual is that once you make it a habit, it becomes easier to follow on a regular basis. For example, I usually get up every morning at 4:30 AM and workout in the pool six days a week. I have been doing this for many years and I would feel guilty if I missed a workout day.This book provides a simple and easy to do ritual routine using the positive affirmations in this volume. No matter what area you desire to improve there is an affirmation that you can use. The positive affirmations in this book includes the following: Love, care, bliss, greatness, power, warrior, truth, manifest, dance, angel, nurture, forgiveness, beliefs, guidance, safe, breathe, awake, energy, blessed, happy, ownership, peace, relationship, music, inspiration, heal, health and God. Love ❤️ this one
This Daily Rituals book is chock full of affirmations but it doesn't stop there!! 1st you read your affirmation then there is a "define" part (definition)!! Next, is an excercise for each one & journaling ... all defined!! Creating your alter is 1st!! I've been wanting to do this for years!! No room tho!! I'm ever so inspired by this book & by her I Affirm My Power book that I will find a starting point for my alter!! Great read & excercices 😍
