The media could not be loaded. So here's the update from yesterday (see at the bottom of this). To keep from having a disappointed grandson we decided to take it out of the box, put batteries in it, and make sure it works. After doing this I had to take it away from the husband. It's a really funny toy. It doesn't seem to be very durable but time will tell. You know how little boys are.The disappointing part is that it's in a plain brown box so it won't have the new toy look in its original packing, but honestly, what toddler cares about that. It's a grown up thing mostly. Lol(1st review) After reading reviews I kind of wished I had done it before buying. I just got in today. It's an Xmas gift for our grandson.The "Try Me" feature doesn't work. That usually happens when it's in a store and people keep trying it. However, that shouldn't be the case with this.The only way to know if it works is to take apart the box it's strapped in to put batteries in it to try. By doing this the holiday visual part of unwrapping the gift looking brand new is ruined.I'll do another review once I decide how I'm going to handle this situation and if it even works. Right now, though, I'm not impressed.

Buy something else. The toy came in a "try me" mode. That means it makes noise when depressing the levers, that's it. After the first day I found the switch on the bottom. Tried to flip it to user mode but the switch was free floating and I couldn't move it or grab it. I realized that the plastic screws that I had already thrown away were an intrigal part of how the switch was fastened to the toy. So, I used a pair of pliers to grab the tiny switch and I flipped it into the user mode. Once I did that, the boom up and down feature works and that's it. I'd return this junk but my 3.5yr old doesn't understand that when you purchase something from someone, that it should work as designed or advertised. Otherwise, it's just unethical.

Boy loves his crane truck. Just so everyone knows you need to take the truck out of try me mode on the bottom in order for it to have the 360 degree rotation as advertised!!!

Grandson love it, durable sturdy

My 5 year old wanted this toy so bad for MONTHS.. even asked Santa for it. I surprised him by giving it to him for his birthday and he got to play with it once. The second time we got it out the crane string stopped going up and down. It is stuck all the way out and even raising the arm all the way it still drags on the floor making the entire toy COMPLETELY useless!!!Out of the package was cool, it did move a little fast so it’s hard to actually hook things by itself but for pretend it’s okay… just very disappointed with the purchase! $40 wasted the toy is useless after the first few hours

Thought half the functions didn't work except it moving up and down. After review and flipping the toy over there is a switch to take it out of store mode. All functions worked perfectly after. It moves forward and back, cranes moves all directions. 3 year old approved.

My son absolutely loved it. However, the cable winch stopped working within 12 hours the day we got it unboxed

My 3 year old loves this thing. He tries to carry it around everywhere but he struggles because it's huge. Great truck but 2 of the features broke before we even got to put in the batteries because he carried it by the neck of the crane. but he still loves it
