The nocks are easy to replace in these arrows. I'm shooting a 45lb recurve and after hundreds of shots I've has a nock or two come off and the replacement couldn't be easier.I have to update this review based on the weakness of the nocks cracking frequently. These nocks do not hold up to a 45lb ILF recurve. It didn't take me but a few weeks and I've used up most of the 50 nocks that I purchased. They crack at the pressure point where the string seats on the pin. If they aren't cracking they are coming loose after about 30 to 50 shots and then fall off. If you shoot a lot you are going to need quite of few of these.
