Excellent Egg Replacer
Ideal for vegans. I use Organ Egg Replacer for all my baking - and the results are perfect! I use it to bind my veggie burgers, making sponges, biscuits, brownies and anything else that would normally use egg in baking and I have never been disappointed with the results. It is especially good when, say, half an egg is required - because there is no waste. Highly recommended.

Pretty good really
So far so good (which is good as 3 boxes will last a while!!). I’m only using it because I’ve HAD to go egg free. I made a classic Victoria sponge (which I bake A LOT) and possibly need to refine the cooking a little as it looked pretty good but was quite crunchy on the outside and underbaked on the inside. Tasted different but ok, more puddingy than usual. Texture was better on day 2! Bit of a faff but all in all, not a bad replacer (and means I get to eat cake!!)

Easy to use -invaluable for vegan recipes
So easy to use... I may not get through 3 boxes of it but this was the best offer when looking for a vegan substitute and I have been very happy with the outcome of my dishes. Also great for non-vegan when I happen to have run out of egg!

This is an egg replacer used in baking by vegans
I like the idea that I have No Egg in the cupboard, which I can use instead of a whole egg, egg white or egg yolk. In France, it is called No Egg. I would like to call it Un Noeuf, but I don't think l'Académie Française would approve. Tant pis! (What a shame).

Great for baking
I use this all the time when baking and it's never let me down. I love it, great addition to the kitchen if you're trying to avoid egg. When putting in batter (toad in the hole etc.) I have found that it can go a bit rubbery so I usually use one less egg than the recipe calls for. Highly recommend it as something to keep in the cupboard
