I think this item is fantastic. I’m one of those people that read medical abstracts to see if something truly works by case studies. I was surprised to find that there was a medical abstract on a case study where people aged 25 to 35 that use abdominal stimulators to gauge muscle growth and fat loss. It truly worked! As for my own opinion, the stimulators are very helpful, and I have noticed a tightness along with healthy dietary and personal exercise regimen. I would be conservative about using it at first because it takes a while to get used to the electronic stimulation. When you do, you actually want more and you feel it working! I would buy this product over going to a medical spa and spending a fortune for temporary results. You have to be consistent and yes, it does make a difference! Don’t expect a six pack unless you’re eating a clean diet and are doing the work but it certainly helps the cause:D.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with these, but I’m genuinely impressed! The muscle stimulator belts are super easy to set up, and I love that they come with different intensity levels so I can adjust depending on how sore (or ambitious 😅) I’m feeling. I’ve been using the abdomen belt A LOT while doing light chores and the arm bands during downtime — and I can definitely feel them working. Great for toning, recovery, or just getting in that little extra burn throughout the day where it reaches my muscles way deeper than a crunch or curl ever could. I highly recommend these if you want to step up your routine without adding extra workouts.

Abdominal stimulator works great! Batteries last about 2-3 days before needing to recharge if you use it 3x/day at maximum setting. They last longer at first because you won't be able to handle the maximum setting right away. I also do reverse crunches with ankle weights, and I doubled my rep's after just a few weeks of using the ab stimulator. The two arm stimulators are sized for smaller people, but I can still use them if I put them together.

Waited a while to write a review. I was a little skeptical but was looking for something to aid in rehab and help build core stability. After using this for a while I have noticed some toning and some extra "sturdiness" in my core muscles which aid in relieving some of the aches and pains that come with a weak core. Glad I made the purchase and will keep using it.Charges fast, charge lasts a long time, a little snug at first, but once you get used to the stretch of the neoprene, fits well. Arm bands are a little snug, but they need to be to engage the muscles.

I've waited 5 months before writing this review. I wanted to see how long the batteries last on one charge. But they seem to last the entire day. I was not able to keep them on past the 5-6 hr mark. They burn up my muscles and I need a rest. I like the different settings and cycle through all of them. I like that I don't need to use the disposable pads. The arm bands should be a bit longer, but they do stay on once placed. I keep them on while working on my computer. They remind me to take a break once in a while and walk around. I would say this is a great product.

Been using these almost everyday since my major hip surgery 10 weeks ago and they have been instrumental to helping me maintain muscle while I regain mobility. I have worked my way up to level 13 and the stimulation is strong but not painful. The belt triggers a wide area of my abdominals, and I can target the upper or lower abs more directly by the positioning of the belt. Highly recommend!

Belly belt works well with plenty of sizing. Arm belts are barely able to fit around an ordinary man's upper arm. Should have been made slightly longer. One on they also work well. Four stars for that reason only.
