Worth it for how cheap they are
Easy to take and easily worth it for the price. Will last you for months. Can't say if they work or not but it's nice to know I'm getting the zinc and vitamin c regardless. The taste is horrible though, almost like some sort of metal or plastic

Hives
I bought these for myself, my husband and adult son as a possible defence against Covid, soon after I started taking them I developed hives which disappeared when I stop taking the tablets. Thankfully my 2 fellas have not had any reaction so will continue to take them.

Heart burn but could be worth it
If your buying these, buy Rennies with them. They give me wild heart burn and for about 3 long minutes after taking them my mouth waters up and I’m trying not to be sick. They react very quickly in the stomach. So I would suggest to definitely taking them on a full stomach and a Rennie along with.I’ve Natural ginger hair but with age starting to lose pigment, hence why I persist on taking these. It’s been a month, not sure how long it’s take to see results in hair as such but the other benefits of Zinc/copper are worth taking it for. Stay blessed
