Signage for your home.
I purchased 2 signs one for the front yard where the guest enter and at the backyard gate. I recommend this signage to help with liability. Your guest will have been warned that they have responsibility for themselves. If you have a busy yard with children or adults, post this where it can be seen. It's up to your company to read it.
