This is a handy item for UK, Euro, AU and NZ travelers. The kit comes with foreign plugs that snap to the main adapter unit -- which includes one grounded and one non-grounded US-style outlet, plus two USB outlets. A nice extra is a mesh net bag that will fit in your suitcase and allow customs officials to see what is in it without shaking out the contents. A bit spendy, but well-designed and built. Five stars! Most electronics are dual voltage nowadays but the more basic devices like hair curler and some travel irons are not. So I end up having to either buy one locally or not using one. This converter takes care of that problem nicely.It is not just an adapter that works with dual-voltage but different plugs, it actually converts the voltage from 220 down to 110 which is what I need when I travel to the UK and Asia. I didn’t expect to see two USB ports on it in addition to the two AC plugs, one with grounding. This is a bonus. Now I can travel with more ease.
