Got this to run a ethernet wire in a rented flat, when I moved out it had left a mark on the skirting board.The blu tack worked perfectly holding my flat cable in place for over a year however when removing it left residue and pulled up a bit of paint in spots. Luckily it didnt effect my deposit, probably as it wasnt noticed, but it would have been obvious if it was used on a wall or simualr so its something to be mindful of.
