This product is part of my family's weekly regimen. We love the taste and glad that it is sugar free. Mixes easily and quicky with water. I love that I can use this product to help my family to be healthy and get our needed water in take. The size is perfect but if you are doing a bottle of water, may want to only use half the product but that is up to you and your preference. We love it!

I've used these off and on in the past. A recent medical condition required extra hydration and I ordered these. The flavor is excellent, super easy to mix (lemonade, tea, sprite), and one packet is just the right size for a water bottle. The health benefits from using this product was great and it prevented a lot of stomach issues. Very good value and I will reorder just because they taste good. Nice to have on hand!

I gave up refined sugar a year ago and was sad to let liquid IV go. Until I went to a Bach party a month ago and they had the sugar free green grape flavor. It is seriously so good.. a little sour yet crisp. I love it and will continue to repurchase

Tastes very good, mixes/dissolves quickly. I found that using 1/2 packet per 16.9 oz bottle of water was sufficient, using a whole paclet made the water taste overly sweet to me. Using a larger bottle of 24oz or more with a whole packet kept the flavor in balance well.The only thing keeping from a 5 star is the expensive price and the number of packets in a package. Costco does carry this brand in different flavors, 3x the amount of packets for a slightly higher price.The sugar-free options need to expand their flavors beyond raspberry-everything and lemon lime or sour flavors in general.

Great for on-the-go hydration or an energy pick-me-up. Helps you remember and enjoy staying hydrated. Very easy to use and better quality than some other hydration sticks on the market. Just pour the sachet in some water and you're ready to go. Great value for money when you purchase here versus in-store. White peach is the best sugar-free flavor that I've tried thus far.

These are so good for hydrating me with my daily adderall medication and taste so good. I’ve tried other flavors but the lemon is the best. I wish they weren’t so pricey but I’ll admit I’m addicted and need to have it every day first thing in the morning.I will say they might be cheaper on their website when you subscribe but I find the shipping takes longer than Amazon.
