things have to be very powerful to have an effect on me, especially for appetite reduction...first i tried one, then the next day i tried two, then today i tried 3. i was still as hungry as any other time. yes, i drank a bunch of water.isn't there anything OTC that actually takes away your appetite for real? Hi, it don't help my hungry that much. I did a youtube test on this product with the 3 pills with 8oz of water in a bowl.. after 30 mins and 1 hour. I noticed it didn't get as thick as I seen many other brands testings. I had the bariatric surgery. so my stomach is smaller and I was still able to have those late night snack. But I will finished this product since i paid for it... Thanks Chicago
