A great Seal
Doing research made it challenging to know exactly what to look for. A number of reviews mentioned installing the seal in the cold and having some problems. I installed this one in the spring, so pliability was not an issue. The seal was very flexible and allowed for easy maneuvering. One Major caution, garage doors seem very simple, but most have springs attached that allow the door to lift easily. It is extremely dangerous to tamper with those springs. This becomes an issue because it is tedious and difficult to get the seal on because the door attached to the track blocks one of the channels the seal goes in. This means you cannot get a straight, easy angle to just slide the seal on.It is also a two-person job. One person has to pull the seal along the track while the other person feeds the seal into the tracks. Something that seems extremely simple was very time-consuming and tedious. I hope your install goes smoother than mine. But, the seal was not the problem, the seal works fine.

Perfect fit, easy to install, looks great.
Product arrived on time with two day Prime shipping, it appears to be made of heavy duty material. It fit into the two T channels on my garage door perfectly and so far hasn't popped out when it closes. Provides a tight seal when the door is closed. I appreciated the two end caps that fit into the round portion of the seal to prevent dirt from getting in and these actually reinforce the ends of the seal so it keeps its shape.Easy install but like others have posted, it takes two people about 5 minutes to slide in, one feeding, one pulling, I was spraying Dawn soapy water on the seal as we were slowly pulling it into the channels.I'm satisfied with the purchase, time will tell how it holds up to the summer heat but I would recommend.

Work slowly and be patient.
Excellent quality- heavy duty rubber seal. You will not be able to install it by yourself. Call a friend and use plenty of silicone spray! Be sure to clean the channels throughly before you start. It’s takes a little patience so go slowly. I read another review that suggested using vice grips to pull the seal- very helpful. It took us about 45 minutes to install.

Good function, hard to install.
Definitely takes more than one to install! So far, seems to function well, and seals much better than the old one.

Works perfectly
Worked perfectly. You need two people to work on it, one to thread the item into the groove of the garage door and a second dperson to pull it along the door. Took us less than 30 minutes to do a two car garage door and we saved ourselves about $400 by doing it ourselves.

Very happy with it.
This seal works as advertised. There are YouTube videos on installation tricks. You WILL need 2 people to do the install. One to feed the seal in, the other to pull it along the track. It uses the 2 "T" channels at the bottom of the garage door. There is a tendency for one or the other edge of the seal to pop out. Take your time. Check to make sure that that's how yours is set up before you start the project. I used a silicone spray in the channels before installing the seal. Made it MUCH easier.

What a PIA to install
real PIA to install as it would keep popping out of the slot and you had to start over.Took a good while to come up with technique that worked which isRemove the bottom piece from door and bring to flat surface you can work at.Clean groove real good with stiff dry brush.MAke sure groove ends not gonna catch rubber seal.get it started and then have 2 to 3 peeps involved.flip upside down one holds seal and squeezes near T's to ensure they line up and not angled at all.ANother near this guy pulls seal and then one at end of seal ahead on track pulls too.BE careful, go slow, stop every once in a while to take breaks, lube metal track not rubber, extend past end a bit and then take long break. come back to see if it pulled back into track aka both ends extend past track.Trim so you have 3" extend each end and re-install on door.you may have to re-adjust door so you do tot smash this thing all the way to ground you want some compression but no the whole thing. Adjsut so you do not see light coming in when closed.Trim ends so they clear track bracket by 1/2" or so and extend past door to cover doorway side trim
