Magic liquid to clean so much!
Has moss cleared of rear extension roof and sprayed this wonder formula! 6 months later the roof look so much brighter and cleaner. Used it in garden slabs and some look nearly new, some still have marks but they will need a second treatment as they were considerably worse. Easy to mix up and simply spray. Didn’t cause any damage to plants even when I accidentally sprayed some. This stuff is a miracle liquid, jet washed drive and sprayed this to remove black spots! Gone! Use as per instructions, I spray the garden slabs every so often with the hose and reactivate the chemicals. Works a treat! Very highly recommended!

Invisibly slow - but remarkably effective
Used on our largish block paving driveway which was absolutely plastered with heavily entrenched lichen. Dead easy. Followed the instructions. Didn’t use a more concentrated solution, or anything else, just did what it said. And then . . . nothing. No noticeable improvement for weeks. For so long, in fact, that I stopped checking.Until post winter, about 9 months later I guess, when there were no cars on the driveway I suddenly noticed that it had all gone. Completely. I’m astonished enough to actually leave a review.I’ve done the pressure spray approach before. It’s painfully slow and messy, especially if you do it properly and resand the gaps and seal the blocks. My pressure hose deals with dirt, but struggled with the lichen. So, in short, this is vastly easier and vastly faster and vastly more effective. Just vastly slower. So it’s a once a year thing - do it once, takes 20mins and never ever needs thinking about again.

So easy to use — results without scrubbing
I used this on an old patio with a lot of built-up algae and mould. I followed the instructions, sprayed it on, left it for a few days, and then gave it a hose down — no scrubbing required. The results were genuinely impressive. You could see a clear difference, and it’s still improving with time.Application was quick and hassle-free, and a little goes a long way. It’s a brilliant low-effort solution for patios, walls, or garden paths. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand for outdoor cleaning. Highly recommended.

Great for fences
Perfect for fences, not strong enough to clean up my patio. Really easy to use, sprayed out well from the Spear and Jackson sprayer I bought with it. Cleared the green algae off the fence very quickly and effectively.

Brilliant stuff
Brilliant stuff. I live next to a wood so my paths get covered with algae & all manner of crap that the wood deposits. I get slimy paths all year & had white & black algae spots everywhere, despite regular cleaning with a mix of bleach spraying & pressure wash. This year I sprayed wet & forget on all paths, driveway & rockery stones & half a roof of an extension for comparison, at the end of March. I could see a difference almost immediately - despite instructions saying it can take weeks- however this has only got better & better with time. I haven’t had to repeat anything as yet ( I usually have had to by this stage June). I can certainly see it lasting all summer. Will certainly be purchasing again.

Worth getting
Mixed sucess. Sprayed on pavers and indian sandstone. The pavers at the side of house that gets a little sun worked great, after just a few days. The pavers at the back in full shade no difference so far even after 2nd application. Indian sandstone- has worked but did have to wash down with soapy water and rinse as left stains. Works well on wood.

Great stuff
I have used this stuff for a few years now and it has always impressed. I have an assortment of different types of flagstones, cement, limestone, sandstone and granite and it cleans all of them well. Does what it says on the tin, spray it on and forget about it. Some stuff will disappear more or less instantly, some takes a bit longer but I would say within a couple of weeks it will have done the job on all but the most stubborn bits. Depends how much it rains too, rain activates it and washes away the dirt it has cleaned so if it hasn’t rained much it will appear to have done less but don’t worry just leave it.I have used it for years now, when I first used it I was like well that was a waste of time expecting instant results like you get with a pressure washer, but don’t worry it’ll get there and lasts a hell of a lot longer than pressure washing which also damages slabs and pointing. I think on less porous stuff it takes longer, on my granite wall it takes a while but it still works really well and gets it gleaming, so much so I’m contemplating spraying the front wall of my house with it. It also works on green growth on slate roofs.I would generally say you need to reapply every year, I hadn’t done it for a couple of years until I did it a couple of weeks ago, it was certainly needing done in some places but they still cleaned up very well.In summary it’s not cheap but it really works and is dead easy to apply. When applying just make sure you don’t miss bits, there will be some bits that you spray and it soaks in really quickly, just give those bits another whiff with the sprayer until they stay wet.
