I apply this oil on my hair for a quick “mask” before washing. It is pretty thin, so it can be messy. But, it does a great job of moisturizing my hair! I have castor oil from this brand also, which I’ve used for skincare, and have been very happy. Despite the messiness, I would definitely buy this product again. Also, I don’t notice any smell. It seems like a good product.

Long review because curly heads have a hard time finding that perfect product that does more than just one or two things...I am a 50+female struggling with dry unruly grays here and there, lifeless curls. I wash my hair every other day, so I tend to have dry curly hair, I don't use chemical hair products, and I air dry. I purchased this because I needed a good coconut product for my hair. Reviews lead me to purchase it. I lept on the coconut and rosemary oil product. 💡Tip: Don't remove the sealing white sticker over the top of the bottle, instead just puncture a hole in it and screw the top back on over it. Other reviewers say It is very messy, I could def see this being an issue, if the seal was completely taken off... I can control the flow better and it's worked.Strong rosemary smell, I hesitated in keeping it, I mean who wants to smell like rosemary all day, but good news it doesn't linger for more than a few secs. Once it's on your skin/hair and has absorbed there's no lingering smell. No oily residue lingering around 👍 a little goes a very long way. I have bra line long hair, I have wavy to ringlet, medium coarse, thick hair. I apply VERY LITTLE, in my hand, and start with all ends and mid way length of hair, then the top of my crown areas. You'll have to figure what amount works best for your hair. I tried MORE and it made my hair look greasy, but didn't feel greasy. So the very little I use... has made my curly hair look naturally shiny, super soft, weightless curls, redefined my ringlets, no greasy feel or look, no rosemary smell in my hair either, tamed frizz. I have tried so many coconut oil brands, and other hair products in the past, to achieve what this product does, and I'm either left with, oily, weighted, buildup, stiff, no shine, dry, dull, barely any defined curly hair. My crown has been flat, no volume. Unhappiness struggles have been real!!!With this product, I place very little on crown, gentle hair scrunch, clip my hair up in 3 sections at the top of my head, 1 on each side of my head and one on the back of head. I achieve a decent amount of natural hair volume once my hair dries. I have never been able to achieve this with anything else. This is the Only hair product I use in my hair. There's no leftover buildup in hair. I'm a new Texas Winter user, Haven't used it in Texas Heat yet, so I'll update if it withstands heat and humidity.But for now, I am one and done this is a keeper for me 👍.💡 Start with the tiniest amount and add more as needed till you find that perfect amount. Works on dry/wet hairThis has been my results with this product, I can't say it will be everybody else's one and done product. Won't know till you try it 👍

Very good coconut 🥥 oil, it's smooth and silk making it easy for application, for hair and skin. A good amount for your money. The oil is NOT super greasy and heavy, it's exactly as I have described above. Worth buying 👌 and I will buy again in the future. By the way this product is great for face as moisturizer specially during Winter time, perfect for your overall kin. Very good to use/apply to your hair specially if your hair is overly dry, don't apply big amounts if you do your hair will be too greasy. Instead use small amount to section hair ( 1 amount size of a nickel should be good to rub in your hands and apply to end of hair and gradually work your hands up to below your ears. Don't apply on top of hair it will look greasy.)

The oil itself is good and works fine, but I was really hoping for more fragrance. Compared to similar products that have a pleasant scent or use fragrant oils, this one is almost completely odorless, which was a bit disappointing.

The brand for the item had been previously recommended by someone I respect with certification as an Herbalist at my favorite Health Food Store, "Sunrise Health Food" in Roseville CA. Unfortunately the store is a 2 1/2 hour drive each way. I was so glad to find the recommended product on Amazon!

This oil absorbs quickly into my dry skin and makes it feel silky smooth and soft. It doesn’t have an order but can be added to another scented oil. It never solidifies. I put it on my body right after my shower and it makes me feel good all over! I love it.

A little goes a long way and doesn’t leave that greasy feeling when it is absorbed into the skin. Paired with lotion you get that soft skin feel all day.
