These are wonderful for my burning feet, I can wear in bed to keep my feet cool

I have very very cold feet and it's been making a pain condition work. Normal fuzzy socks don't work because there's no warmth to be kept in. These gel pads don't get very hot very quickly, but they do really retain their heat. Have been waking up without painful achy feet since trying. Really recommend if you're looking for a hot pad too.

My feet become that hot these do not last very long as the just turn warm! When suffering they just aren’t good enough! Therefore makes the price unreasonable!They do help abit tho and is the reason I’m not returning them!!

Great idea, wish I’d had them years ago after working 12 hour shifts. Only complaint is the stitching is a bit tight.

Bought these for my husband who suffers from incredibly hot and uncomfortable feet as a result of diabetes. He has tried every cream and medication available (he also manages his diabetes well) and nothing helps.Since getting these he can finally get a full night’s sleep. It’s become part of his routine now to pop the sachets in the freezer a couple of hours before bed and then wear these for about 20 minutes. Highly recommended.Note: keeping the sachets in the freezer for only and exactly two hours is a bit of a faff, so for anyone wondering: he has tried keeping the sachets in the fridge all day, but they’re not cold enough when he needs them. Keeping them in the freezer makes them too cold and too hard, so they’re not comfortable to use when you need them. Two hours in the freezer is the sweet spot, at least for him!

Ordered these to use for nerve pain in feet but didnt work for me. Ice pack cools down too quick and to put them on with ice packs in is difficult. Even with putting in the ice pack in after wards isn't easy. Too much faffing about

These are a gift for my mum with her hot,hot feet.Fingers crossed these help her. They look well made and have cold packs that you insert into the sock so cooling all parts of your foot and ankle.
