Once you get used to controlling the air intakes and the ideal PSI, it's amazing. It does get a little hot around the area as others mentioned. The size is also perfect for paellas.

One of the knobs for adjusting air intake is broken off from the main stem. Need to return the entire product. Sad.Edit 2/2/2025 - Increase rating due to quick, corrective action by Concord!After posted review and emailed vendor Concord Cookware on 1/20/2025, vendor reached out and offered to replace the intake controller. The part was sent out via USPS on 1/27/2025 and arrived few days later. The air intake controller arrived in perfect condition. I installed the burner and the intake controller. Both work! Thanks, Concord. Excellent customer service!

The media could not be loaded. The product does not provide a sufficiently stable base for safe use with regular frying pan sizes such as All-Clad 7.5 inch frying pan and All-Clad 10.5 inch pan (bottom surface sizes). See video and pictures. I own a very similar product which I was seeking to replace which does not have this problem with these pans.I purchased the product only because the limitations of the use of the product were not disclosed by the seller. As soon as I received the product I tested the stability of the pans before attempting to use. WhenI discovered I could not use the product I filed for a return but was refused this possibility on the basis that the product was initially disclosed as not returnable. This is an unfair commercial practice in a situation where I was not given sufficient information with which to take the purchase decision.This product is hazardous and dangerous for use with open flames on the frying pans I tested.

Some BBQ foods need to be directly in touch with the flame. We needed it.
