love this - it's so lightweight and portable and works perfectly to hold and tilt up my music folder/notebook/ipad on a flat surface. I think it would work great as a laptop stand as well, but it's rather basic in the adjustment options, so maybe is best if you need something lightweight and portable for whatever you have that needs to be tilted at an angle when on the go. it adjusts for different widths quite well and has a good height to the "holding" surface.

I bought this to use with an Elektron Syntakt (quite a bit heavier than a laptop), and I'm pleasantly surprised. I was afraid the stand may be a little too light-duty/flimsy to handle an Elektron Digi-style weight, but this stand has no problems, and could handle even more. The ability to fold it into such a small, compact size is just icing on the functional cake. I had no expectations in that regard. This will place most (keyboardless) synths at whatever desktop angle you'd like, then fold away into almost nothing when you're not using it. Last photo is the stand in its most folded form.I did just receive this today, so I will update my review if durability becomes a concern.

I bought this for my gaming laptop (16" ASUS ROG Strix) due to it's positive review on a wire-cutting site along with the low cost. While it's not the best option for my computer, I still think it's a great portable stand and well worth considering.Pros:Size: This thing folds down into such a compact size, it's perfect for throwing into your bag and taking wherever you take your laptop to work. The included storage pouch is a nice touch and a great way to keep its compact form.Adjustability: There are several different preset angles you can use based on how you set it up. I tried a few of them and was never wishing it had more.Price: No barrier here - the cost is very low for what you get.Cons:Stability: With my laptop on the stand, I was a little worried about sliding or falling off if the table I was using was bumped or struck by someone or something. While that may not be an issue if you're using it at home or work, I was a little hesitant when I took it to a busy coffee shop.Suitability for larger laptops: Like I mentioned above, my gaming laptop just didn't quite fit this stand. My laptop has more weight in the back which was largely unsupported given the depth of the laptop vs. the stand. This caused the front edge to ride up and sometimes slip over the two tabs/hooks that are intended to prevent it falling.Am I disappointed in my purchase? No, not at all. I knew that my laptop was at the upper end of what this stand would hold, and read the product reviews beforehand. While it didn't work for me, my 11 year old son uses it daily to hold his Chromebook when he's working on school work or watching videos at home, and the portability and small size when folded allows him to also take it with him to school.Conclusion: A great, inexpensive portable laptop stand that works well, as long as your laptop isn't too big or heavy.

I bought this stand to see if it works with my little, portable desktop; it does! I bought it as a Book stand to hold my Bible so that I can comfortably read it, and it works so very well! My Bible is a hard back and it is very heavy. I love it! I know I can put it into my backpack and read in the car on long trips or in an airplane if I air travel in the future. A lot of books that I buy are hardback, so this will work for my needs! I am so happy that I tried this, and that it has worked out for me! The options I searched for under “Book Holder” were not ideal for what I am looking for! This is exactly what I was looking for! I discovered a larger and more sturdy solution of laptop stands in a thrift shop a few months back and I had a Bible in my cart that I tried out on it to see what the outcome would be! I knew I now needed a portable, lightweight version to take on the go, and this affordable option was exactly right for me!

A lightweight stand that elevates my 14" laptop (but not too much) so that I can type comfortably without an external monitor or keyboard. It can also prop up my phone/tablet, although I rarely use it for that purpose. It's suitable for carrying around since it is very light and narrow when folded up. It fits in any bag that can fit my laptop. Even if portable, you should still pack/handle it carefully because the light plastic material seems easily breakable.

I came across this laptop stand when shopping for a similar produce I saw advertised for ten times the price. I travel for business extensively and hotels almost never have anything close to a standing desk. This adjustable laptop stand raises the laptop up so my posture doesn't have to suffer on video calls.It's not light but is surprisingly compact and very well built. Paired with a folding keyboard and the travel mouse I usually have with me anyway and the boring hotel desk transforms into a functional workspace. Extra credit for fitting on an airplane tray table and getting the laptop screen up to eye level. It's more than earned a treasured spot in my carry-on bag.

I ordered this to use for work. I have some neck issues and need my laptop to be at eye level so I'm not looking down all day. This is convenient for travel, which I do a lot of for work. It lifts my laptop to the right height, and I like that it's asjustable. The issue is the quality. It's pretty junky. That and one side isn't quite level with the other, which is a bit irritating. But it was about $10 when I purchased it, so I'm getting what I paid for. I don't anticipate this will last long as the plastic is not as sturdy as I'd like. It does grip the laptop well and the design is good.

Overall good design. Sturdy yet compact. Fits perfectly in its little bag. There is no need to put anything together as it comes completely assembled. It has a wide range of extension. I use this to hold my iPad for drawing and it doesn’t fall because it has a strong grip coating.
