Just received it and put it on window to replace a different one I had for years. The width on this was a perfect size for my window, so I only needed to cut the length to size. That was a big plus. Pealing off the back was a little difficult, but really no big deal. The installation wasn’t perfect in that there are a few small areas the I couldn’t get perfectly flat, it they are hard to detect and overall the windows look great. I have them on the bottom panes of two side by side windows and the top pane of the windows have is a nice wooden mesh line shade. Very pleased with the appearance and amount of light that comes in with fairly good privacy

I LOVE IT!!1) this decal window cover has a thin backing to protect it so you have to tear it off right before applying. Do not try to apply as-is or it won’t stay. Just bend a corner back and forth and the two pieces separate a tad and you can easily grip them and pull apart.2) it says to wet the window decently before applying. Trust it! The more water, the more it slides around and you can then get it just right (straight) before pushing out any bubbles and walking away3) you don’t need anything but your hand to get bubbles out. Center it just right and then gently lift almost all the way up to let any potential bubbles out, and with the other hand gently press it back down in a manner that doesn’t allow bubbles to get trapped.4) you’re going to definitely want an xacto knife or box cutter and a long ruler to cut a very straight line, or an insanely steady hand with scissors. I also used a cutting mat, but if you don’t have one, use a wooden work bench. Otherwise you’ll have to do with a ruler, pen, and scissors (not ideal but not the end of the world).5) sorry about the pics, I took them at night so you don’t get as much flash, but they still kinda show the rainbow effect. It’s quite subtle but nice. I’m VERY happy! (Ps make sure you cut it so the flowers face up and not sideways- if you can help it). Cheers!

The rainbow affect is subtle even in bright sun. Beautiful though, regardless & perfect amount of opacity for privacy on first floor.Made well in England, not flimsy and it’s likely will last for years. Nothing to cause any damage for renters’ deposits.May possibly help insulate windows in winter- its that substantial.I can finally have open shades & light!!Kind of looks like a rainy window, btw.Not sure if light is sufficient for plants though.

Looks good and easy to install. I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 because the pattern did not line up for the width I purchased. Still looks good.I ordered 2 35.4" widths for a 6" window. It is not in the description that the pattern will not line up on that width. I was able to line up the vines which still looks good and only if you are looking for the seam can you see it. I needed to raise the next film about 4" to line up the vines.The instructions say to use a spray bottle with water and the more water the better. So true! It makes moving the film a little easer. The squeegee will pull the water out. I put paper towel on the window sill to catch the water. It looks good and I'm happy with the results:)

The windows in my apartment are decades old and are heavily streaked with dirt and condensation *between* the panes, where I can't get to it and wash it out. And being on the west side of the building, the afternoon sun glares in which really heats up the room during summer months.This film is beautiful and shows a beautiful prism of colors, when the sun hits it right. The pattern blocks the view of the dirt inside of the windows and is such that it can be patched together, without it being apparent to anyone who doesn't know it's there. This allows less to be purchased while still getting the needed area coverage.The glare is stopped, and the incoming heat is considerably reduced.Very happy with this purchase, highly recommend!

Great product! Extremely easy to apply without any extra tools or sprays. I put this on my sliding door and it still lets enough light in for the plants but blocks a good amount of heat and allows for privacy as well. The price was amazing and much less expense than anything in the stores. Fail proof option. Purchased 3 rolls and would buy again if I needed more.

This privacy film looks beautiful and works exactly as we hoped. We applied it to both the inside and outside of our glass door to make sure no one can see inside—and it’s been perfect.It lets in light while still giving us the privacy we wanted. The design is subtle but elegant, and it really adds a nice touch to the door.It looks especially amazing in the evening during sunset—the way the light filters through gives the whole entryway a warm, soft glow.

Pretty but hard to get it to stay on no matter how much water I used.. The ends want to curl. I used clear double sided tape in the corners to make it stay put.
