Good helmet but anti fog was not working properly

Really happy with this helmet! The fit is spot on, and it feels solid and well-made. Definitely gives a premium vibe, and it’s super comfortable to wear for long rides.

I purchased this helmet with high hopes, but my experience has been quite disappointing. After just six months of use—during which I did not wear it regularly—the chin strap has started to unravel. This is particularly frustrating given that I expected a higher quality product for the price.One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of service centers in Hyderabad. This made it incredibly inconvenient when I needed assistance. When I reached out for support, I was informed that I would have to bear the courier charges for sending the helmet back for repairs. While the company offered to cover ₹500 of the shipping costs, I was left with the burden of paying the remaining amount myself. This feels unfair, especially since the issue arose during the warranty period.Additionally, after sending images of the problem, I was disappointed to find that one side of the chin strap had been overlooked during the initial repair. Despite providing clear evidence of this oversight, my request for correction was denied. It seems that even after multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the company is unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistake.Overall, my experience with this helmet has been frustrating due to both the product quality and the inadequate customer service. If you're considering this helmet, be aware of these potential issues and think twice about your purchase.
