My milk supply has been dramatically declining for the last month (4 months postpartum), the worst being the last week or so so I was desperate to increase my supply. I tried dietary changes, aggressive hydration, relaxing, even drinking a beer. I took 2 pills of this supplement last night and 2 again this morning and pumped almost 6 oz per session so far today, when I was only pumping about 2-3 oz at a time only yesterday. We’ll see how it goes since I just started them but I didn’t make any other changes besides this supplement and it appears to have made a dramatic difference!!

Excellent product, I've been taking it for 3 days and I feel that my milk production has increased. I started to worry about my production because my breasts felt very flaccid and the milk only came in when my baby sucked. But now I feel that they are constantly filling up. Excellent product. I’m a “Just enougher.” My 1st breastfeeding journey started with a tongue-tie baby, postpartum depression, clogged ducts & mastitis. I breastfed for 14.5 mos but towards the last few mos my supply decreased significantly and I ran through my stash. Ultimately, I stopped due to having a surgery. This time, I would like to make it to at least 16 mos, so I’ve diligently been building a stash as a backup in case of problems in the future.So, I wanted to try something to increase my supply. My baby is naturally gassy unfortunately so I wanted to opt for less harsh herbs. Instead of 3x/day I have been taking them twice daily for 12 days and have seen an increase of 1/2- 1 ounce when I pump. So, it isn’t a waste but I’m not 100% it’s worth it. Of course, if I take them as directed I may see an increase but I don’t know if it would be significant enough to justify the price vs the output increase. I understand for some people 1/2 to an ounce is life changing, but at the moment I’m making more than my baby needs because he is only 7 weeks old. I’m considering trying Liquid Gold to compare, also twice daily to start. The taste isn’t the best going down initially, but it isn’t terrible and they’re pretty easy to swallow. No side effects for us.EDIT: I do want to add that the company reached out to me regarding my initial disappointment (well, I wasn’t really disappointed. Just didn’t see a significant increase) and I really appreciated their concern & prompt customer service. For this reason alone I would try other products and recommend others try as well. This one didn’t work for me, but it has/can for others & the same goes for the other products as well!

Hurt my stomach! And baby was super fussy after taking. She ended up being super gassy from these. Tried for two days both days she was fussy from GI symptoms as soon as I stopped she seemed fine again.

These worked so well. I’ve tried many different supplements and I saw the most increase in my supply with these. That being said, having to take 6 a day is wearing and a bottle only lasts a short time. Wish it was a better value for the money.

This was the only lactation product of theres that caused no stomach upset or weird tasting burps, i noticed a small rise in milk production but unfortunately had to stop my pumping journey a little earlier then i planned on, great product.
