I take fiber on a regular basis. For years i have used the major name brands but i decided to try this brand at a fraction of the cost. It is working just as good as the ones i used to use. I will use this one for now on.

I'm sure it's good and I got it because when I just had a colonoscopy they told me I had some pockets and I needed to have more fiber. I will say I don't eat a lot of fiber but I'm also not somebody that ever struggles to use the bathroom either. I tried one and took it later at night like they said so you don't have to worry about having to go in the middle of the day and I guess it was OK but I take a lot of other supplements so I haven't paid much attention to it. One night I took two and had cramping so I'm not doing that again. I guess I will just use them on an occasional basis.

I should have read the details more closely. Three capsules are 1 gram of fiber, which is only 3% of the daily recommended dose of fiber. The product itself is fine; it’s just that one dose of it hardly scratches the surface of what you need.
