The Faulty Regulator

On receipt of goods we found the display was faulty and didn't work. We requested to send back the goods but no Freepost label was given and we had to pay £11.35 to send back to China thinking that we would be reimbursed for the cost as it was 'FAULTY AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE'. How wrong we were. The seller, Qinqinzi, are refusing to reimburse us the cost of the return for the faulty regulator, ie £11.35. I have been in correspondence for days with them without success. Anyone buying goods from this company and there is a problem you will not have a good outcome.
