Great strong peppermint flavor similar to Altoids. Really liked it. If you chew on them sometimes, like I do, they are not super hard and are pretty easy on the teeth. Price is very high, so 4 out of 5 stars on the price. But, they are really good. Reminder, keep these far away from your dogs. Xylitol can make your pup very sick or worse. If you have dogs around, I encourage you to study up on Vet sites about the hazards of Xylitol and dogs. Peace and enjoy.

It was great! I use these mints when I don't have immediate access to a toothbrush after a meal. I believe the xylitol will help to cut down on tooth decay per numerous scientific studies that have been conducted over the past 40 years and they taste great if you like mint.

Ordered these as part of a multi-flavor order with cinnamon and mint. But found these to be a nice, sweet treat after meals as they give me a kick of sweet-tart flavor that I need after finishing a meal. All of this without worry of sugar lingering on my teeth. Very nice touch!

Great flavor but they are small so you eat alot of them sometimes. Keeps breath fresh, and the mints don't have a bad texture.

I have been using these for years. I love that they are not super minty. I always want something sweet after a meal and a few of these do the trick for me. I also like that they use a natural sweetener instead of chemicals and Xylitol is also good for your teeth.

No medical claims - just a review of my personal experience… I love these… and let me tell you why…A few years ago my dentist told me that I had been (obviously) ‘brushing too hard and now had “Periodontal Disease” (receding gums)’. I was told this was irreversible, and that the best I could do was to try and be more gentle about my brushing (Just to keep it from getting any worse). I also ended up having to have three crowns put on because I had cavities but we’re too bad to be filled in. (My only crowns, ever… And only like the fourth cavity in my life, too).Out of the five or six cleanings that I have had during that time until now… Almost every single time I was told how horrible of a job I was doing because I had so much plaque buildup… (Along with a good tongue, lashing and ruler whacking on the knuckles - j/k).Then, recently, I was watching a dentist on YouTube, who was explaining that much of the reason why people end up with cavities, and most specifically with bad breath and plaque build up… was due to one very specific type of bacteria in the mouth… And that xylitol is the one thing that is known to kill that one specific type of bacteria, and not harm other good types of bacteria in the mouth. I decided I would give it a try, so I ordered these mints. I have been using them for between one and two months (brush my teeth, then just dissolve a couple mints, being certain to get coverage throughout my mouth).I just went in for a teeth cleaning, recently, and the hygienist told me that she was having difficulty finding any plaque buildup, at all! Then,, when the dentist came in to check up with me… He explained that he could no longer see any periodontal disease!Now, again, I am not trying to tell someone that they will have, necessarily, any specific, or same or similar experience… and, also, any Xylitol product should, I would expect, be similar (if that really is what has made this change for me). What I AM saying is that I have used these mints with xylitol in them, and that my personal experience is one for which I will continue to use products with xylitol in them forever.Plus, I just really love the super strong cinnamon flavor of these, especially.I would definitely recommend these to all of my friend, family… heck, anybody!

Love this mints and the mint 👌 flavor is not too strong

It's great that they are xylitol, but they are not very good and leave a weird aftertaste. I cannot continue with them. 5 stars for the xylitol. But giving 3 due to the taste and aftertaste. Wish I could return. Should be returnable.
