Great For Mugs and Utensils!
Needed something to help organize some mugs. Saw this and made the purchase! Item came packaged well. Nothing damaged, or missing for assembly/installation. I can't speak on the Instructions as I didn't use them. I had them up in less than 20 minutes. Used anchors from the hardware store due to personal preference. Feels sturdy and works as advertised. Highly recommend this item as it can be used for more than just hanging mugs. It can be used for kitchen utensils and more! I ordered the pack of 3.

Solid and well built
These are excellent for holding several coffee cups at the coffee station. The clips are slightly tighter on one end to prevent them from coming off the bar easily. (I was worried the kids would break all the mugs from this, but not possible!). It is strong, and the black industrial finish is nice as well.
