Definely a reliable product
Using it most days, and had multiple repeat orders.Generally get original batch, and then about 4 repeat batches (as shown in photo)Use Amul Taaza milk and Amazon purchased maker.8 hours is typical making time.Lovely with home grown fruit and honey.

Recommend it!
It comes with two pouches. I have used one batch, and stored the other in freezer. I use the left over curd to make fresh batches, now. Loved the consistency, thickness, and taste of the yogurt. Comes with an easy to follow instruction page.Highly recommended!

Great product
Easy to use. I even tried to make a batch with whey protein isolate and it worked flawlessly.

Very good culture.
The starter culture is excellent, and the yogurt happened to be very tasty and tangy.

Store it in the freezer or cultures will die before expiry!
Bought the Yogurt kit and used 1 sachet of Greek yogurt for over a month and a half. The yogurt itself was great, easy to make, no complaints. They even sent a customised instructions booklet! However after 1.5-2 months, I tried to start a new culture of Greek Yogurt with the second sachet but the yogurt did not set, called the helpline and they told me that the cultures have died because it was not kept frozen (I had kept it stored in a cool, dark place). The packet clearly states Best Before 12 months, and to “Store yogurt starter cultures inside freezer for a *longer* shelf life” - which would imply to extend shelf life beyond the initial 12 months. So unfortunately I have 5 wasted sachets of starter (I don’t want to waste more milk to test whether the Bulgarian Yougurt and Skyr starter cultures have also died).Hope the company makes adjustments to their label to not mislead customers into thinking that shelf life at room temperature is 12 months.Otherwise this is a great product when it works.

Good product... Go for it
Followed all the right procedures but did not succeed for the first time as the yogurt became slimy without body. Under the guidance of the seller who was very prompt, attempted second time and this time did not at any daily whitener to the milk. The product came out perfectly with good body and crimminess. Go for it....
