Helps me go to the bathroom, that’s why I buy oxide, but oxide isn’t the most absorbable form of magnesium so I also take a chelated form of magnesium because I also take vitamin D & you can’t take one without the other, just at different times of the day, D in the day, magnesium before bedtime. Price is a tad high for mag ox so I will probably stick to buying it from reputable vitamin stores online whenever they have sales.

My mens multivitamin doesn't have enough magnesium. Having this helps out with my muscles with aching and the pain. I feel like I don't get sore as much with this supplement. I would recommend.
