I use mine walking and it works well. Comfortable and adjustable. I have jogged with it and stays in place.

I got the medium pink weighted vest, and it kicks my butt! Short walks (1 mile) make me sweat, when they never did before. Highly recommend, for your bone health and getting the most out of your exercise time.

I like the weight of it and the color. The buckles are cheap and do not latch very well. Also you can’t adjust the lower level strap. It works best for smoother movements like squats but it does shift a lot when jumping.

You could not go wrong with this product!! It’s extremely comfortable with amazing padding. Great for the price and easy to adjust it to be tighter or looser when it’s on. Highly highly recommend

I bought this vest to do rucking this summer. Great quality, good price, fits well (true to size). If the weights were removable and the vest was made easier to wash, I would have rated a 5

I got the 11lb pink vest. The color is great and it's comfortable. It fits well on bigger chests. I could see purchasing the heavier vest in the future.

I am happy with my purchase. It’s as described and I like walking with it I feel like it helps my posture and I’m getting more out of my walk. I have to say though that the delivery was not my favourite the box was open and the best was sticking out. It was left like that on my front step. I did take a picture but must’ve deleted it accidentally. Both of us was not dirty or harmed in anyway.
