We bought this HP laptop 4 years ago and it is still doing great - good speed, comfortable and easy to use, no problems at all.

Great little computer, I have only had it for 4 days, but so far so good. I purchased this for my son who will be doing remote learning when school starts back up next month. The set up was easy, the computer talks you through the whole process if you allow it to by selecting the voice prompt. My son loves it, especially the blue metallic color, its small but for an elementary school student, its perfect. Now the only question is will it last, I did get the warranty, just in case.

I should have measured what 11.6 inches is really like before opting to purchase this computer. It is quite small and lightweight. Other than that, I like it and have had no issues with in the couple months that I've owned it. The battery life is pretty good and internet loads pages quickly. I'm a fan of HP products in general as they seem to be good quality. I got this computer in the navy blue color which is a nice change from boring gray or black.

When it first came in I couldn't believe my eyes at how small it was but it exceeded my expectations and its made us all so happy yes it is small but it does the job works very well and is truly compacted it even fit in my mini backpack. My daughter just loves it. Minecraft and Roblox works on it as well as her distance learning apps. I highly recommend to those looking for a laptop at a really good price. We like it so much we plan on getting another one.

Works well enough for using the internet, and small tasks but very limited memory and Power. Slightly stronger than my Samsung tablet

This is advertised by the seller as coming with 1 full year of MS 365. This is a total lie - it’s only 1 month. I contacted the seller about this issue. Seller said they’d look into it and then ghosted me. I reached out to Amazon customer service. They said I had to contact Microsoft or HP. I contacted both companies and both told me it was an Amazon seller issue. After reaching back out to Amazon again and being on hold more times than I can count, I was ultimately told it is a 3rd party seller so basically seller needs to rectify. Seller will not respond to my messages. Amazon gave me an email address to get in touch with seller and the address bounces. Needless to say, I spent probably 6 hours total on the phone between all the different companies I was told to contact and ultimately ended up having to pay for the full year of the promised MS 365. I would never have bought this computer had it been truthfully described in the item description. Very disappointed that Amazon lets sellers outright lie to customers and does nothign about it.The computer itself is almost worthless. Now this is my fault for not looking deeper into what S mode is before purchasing, but basically, you can’t download just about most apps on it unless they are previously approved...which I have yet to find any that are. So it’s basically a heavy paperweight at this point. Will be purchasing a new laptop at some point but will DEFINITELY not be buying from any Amazon sellers based on this experience.

I have had a few laptops in the last couple years and I must say, this purchase I am most fond of. I like how light weight and compact it is and still do what I need done for my business as for memory. I am a mobile company and the durability is outstanding. I have always been a fan of HP and was skeptical about going with a miniature laptop for travel purposes and I am happy I made the choice with HP.

Haven't worked with it yet,bought 2 within last 2 weeks ,but my daughter tried grandsons gift and said it was great. One to Clifton street ,but I wanted to also purchase 1 year guarantee,but was unable too because your end swiped to fast thank you very much.
