Quality product- works well
Bought to replace 9 year old leaking tap.Fitting was straightforward as replacing similar tap - biggest problem was removing the old tap which required a long box spanner to undo centre clamp ( which I was lucky to find in my toolbox !).Grifema tap had a simpler clamping arrangement tightened by two, more accessible, Phillips head screws.Other reviewers had commented that the connections were smaller than than normal UK 3/8 BSP but the tap was supplied with two reducer fittings and, additionally, a choice of 1/4 or 3/8 fitting for water filter, so no problems connecting to existing pipe work.I’m not a plumber so the whole change procedure took me nearly 3 hours, but a professional would easily manage in less than 1 hour.Once fitted the tap operated correctly - the controls were different to my original tap so will take some getting used to (original tap had hot water lever on left - this has combined hot&cold on right, with left lever for filtered water - also tap has two outlets - one for normal hot/cold but with a separate outlet for the filtered line).Word of caution - if you remove all your drain connections to give better access, as I did, do remember to reconnect them before trying the tap !!Also, the original tap ( Astracast TARGA Springflow ) cost £141 when bought 10 years ago, this replacement was £56.99 so other than my own stupidity - I was very pleased with the tap and replacement procedure and happy to recommend it.One late thought - I don’t know if there’s a technical explanation but since fitting the new tap hot water takes much longer ( 65 seconds rather than 25) to reach the sink.

Great product, fab price
Initially dubious about this tap because it was far too cheap. In fact, having installed it myself I found the filtered water tap dripped constantly. Contacted returns, asked for a replacement which arrived 3 days later! Now works fineVery pleased .

Cold water (unfiltered) feed does not stop dripping - UPDATED
Will be returned following receipt of replacement tap that hopefully functions as it should. Otherwise this looks a nice sturdy tap.Update: New tap received and fitted today and works perfectly. This is a later model as was complete with 3/8" - 1/2" BSP adapters that I would not have had to buy if they had been included with the first tap. This has now been returned using the appalling EVRI return system with contradictory instructions on the Amazon website as to locations requiring returns to be boxed and those at the Parcelshop. Printers at 2 locations not working. What a joke!So after 3+ months the replacement tap is working fine and I am very pleased with the build quality and so far no issues with the chrome finish hence updated to 4 stars. The water flow is as others have said somewhat restricted however the upside to this is a reduction in wasted water. The tap is also fitted with an aerator so unlikely you will get splashed when the water hits a spoon laying in the sink for instance (unlike the Franke tap we replaced). If I had not had the problems mentioned earlier this would be a five star review - decent quality at a very reasonable and competitive price.A further update - After 2 years 6 months the tap has no leaks and there are no signs of corrosion.

Bad Quality
Was good at start felt like good quality, but after just a month or so of using it started to leak. When you turn on the cold water a good amount of water starts to flow from the filter hole and view versa when filter water is turned on leaks from the cold water. Ok

This is an excellent product...
I brought this 3 way mixer tap because I had limited space in my kitchen. I had a water softener fitted and a separate hard water supply installed. I didn't have the space for a separate Filtered hard water tap, so a 3 way tap was the only option for me. I chose this tap because it is very reasonably priced compared to uk versions. This is a Spanish tap, so has smaller hot and cold flexi-pipe fittings end fitting is 12mm instead of 15mm on uk versions. This is easily remedied by fitting a brass Tesla bsp flexi tap tails adapter 12mm x 1/2" that fits a standard 15mm tap connection. The 3rd outlet for the filtered water, the flexi-tap tail is a standard uk size. Make sure you check that all the tiny flexi-tap washers are there before you screw the flexi-pipes into the tap base or it will leak. It's really straight forward to fit. My tap is fitted on the ceramic kitchen sink. I have relatively low hot water pressure from a gravity fed system but the tap works fine. I will probably get a pump fitted to increase the hot water flow to the tap but it's actually ok and the 3 way tap looks good too! I highly recommend GRIFEMA 3 way mixer tap. I love it!!!! *****

Great Tap, but it has reduced my water pressure a little.
Easy to fit, just follow the instructions and dont use any tools to put it all togther. You only need a Philips head screw driver to mount it. No leaks so far and it has not overly affected the water pressure, it has reduced it but not by alot. The extra hose for the water filter is why I got it and the pressure from the tap going through a Water2 filter is still good.Updated:I have since spoken to a Plumber and it seems this is a tap for a high pressure system and not like mine which is mains cold and gravity hot. This is why the pressure has dropped.

Looks and feels quality
Feels strong and well made. Easy to use. Fitted to a softened water supply with the additional tap used for untreated water.Feels and looks more expensive than it was, so excellent value.

Nice concept, bad product
I needed a tap with the filtered water line build-in.looks like a solid product.Pro:* It's 2-in-1. So no need to install a separate tap for filtered water.* Construction wise, it feels solid.Cons:* There's a constant slow drip from somewhere inside the tap. it come form where the water lines connects to the tap, but not from the connections - leaks from the side.* There are some small scratches on the top of the tap.
