I actually love this thing, but understand it's mostly a pressure cooker, slow cooker and rice cooker.They say they have 100s of recipes on line, but they have more like dozens. Lots are stews, soups, and other mushy foods. Also the "one pot" cooking feature is a bit gimmicky as you have a small space to sear, cook veggies, season things. But it is fun to follow the screen instructions and you basically get what they show on the website.Is it faster than the similar individual styles of cooking, no. A regular pressure cooker will do the same. Same for slow and rice cooker. Is the hands off automation of the cooking process good, yes it is. Set it, forget it and monitor it from your phone app.I recommend if you can get it for a reasonable price.

I love this pressure cooker! I have made numerous dishes using the chef IQ app. The unit connects easily to your phone or tablet so you can monitor your cook. The color display is readable and easy to navigate one of the best features is the built-in scale, I found it extremely useful when cooking rice You just choose the rice option on the menu. Add your rice. The unit will automatically calculate how much water to add based on the weight and then push start. it is that simple.

I love this pressure cooker, it’s versatile and safe, I cook basically everything in it and the app helps a lot. I love I can log in my Instacart account in the app and when I want to cook something it adds everything I need for the recipe to buy it. It’s a great pick if you like easy and tasty food

We love this cooker. It links to The app on the phone. I’ve cooked stews and soups in it, my brother cooked chicken and loved using it to cook his clams in! I love the app that guides me through cooking recipes because I’m a novice and don’t like to cook.

The media could not be loaded. I received my new Chef IQ Smart Cooker today. I proceeded to set it up. The app worked fine, I had no problems with that. In the box there was a large rubber ring that appears to fit on the inner pot but when I put it on there it caused the lid to not fit. I have no idea where this goes, if it is necessary or if it is only for certain types of cooking because there was no manual with the item. I found the manual online but it is very vague as to what this ring is for or how/where to install it. I tried to contact support but they do not have a phone number or email on their website, all they have is a totally ridiculous chat feature that asks questions that require you to have the item in front of you to answer which is very difficult to do when the item is in the kitchen and my PC is in my office. I brought it to the office and got the information, entered it and then they asked for a picture of my receipt, like what do they need that for? Then I had to upload a video of the issue. In the end all that does is send an email to someone somewhere on the planet but who knows where. I am not disappointed with the product as I have not had an opportunity to use it yet since I have no ideas where that ring goes and I do not want to try to cook if it is required for safety reasons. I will await their response but I will never purchase another items from Chef IQ and I will probably return this one in the next couple days depending on how long it takes to get a response and what that response is.So I received an email from the company saying it will take 3-5 business days to get a response from technical support. Then this morning the cooker says to make sure the rubber gasket is in place but I still have no idea where it should be. This is the absolute worse support, or lack thereof, I have experienced in years. Either they are a one man shop or they have so many complaints coming in that it takes up to five business days to get a response from them.

Absolutely love it! Very cool. I love it is all automated (for the most part). Almost everything put in is cooked perfectly. I have put frozen meat in and used the auto scale, added the recommended water and cook time and it comes out under cooked. I have had to adjust the weight and it is better. It is such a neat machine, that I will keep it and figure out the weight difference so it will cook through the frozen meats the first time.

I bought this specifically to cook ribs! I couldn't cook ribs to save my life! If a five star chef walked me through the process, I would still mess it up! All this to say that my first batch of ribs was so delicious, that I could not believe it! I am very happy with this pressure cooker it was so worth it.
