I was initially hesitant to purchase this bed bridge kit, as it's advertised for two twin mattresses, and I wanted to use it to combine two queen-sized mattresses. However, the kit exceeded my expectations and worked great. The strap fit perfectly, and I was able to securely connect the two queen mattresses, creating a comfortable and sturdy large bed. I would recommend it to others looking to merge two queen mattresses into one.

I have 2 x twin XL beds that form a large King sized single bed.Now, normally I have 2 x sets of twin XL sheets on the bed (with a large single duvet cover).I bought the "premium" version and the straps on this run across the top and bottom of the mattresses and go under the mattresses and then tighten like a belt on the sides,The only problem with this method is there is NO WAY to install the single sets of sheets with this method.I would either have to return the pad and get a different closing/tightening method (the other products have a strap to hold the mattresses together by wrapping around the outside of both mattresses), or just buy a single set of King sheets (because THEN I can install the straps, then put the3 fitted sheet over the straps).I mean the purpose of doing this was so I could have a large single king bed when I wanted it, so the buying of the single king set of sheets seemed to be the best solution here.That all said, there is about a 1" difference in height of the 2 x mattresses, which I was concerned about, but this thing seems to somehow even them out too, so the transition is all but transparent.Solid product though. Especially when I didn't know something like this even existed.All in all, well worth the money,

Worked out perfectly on my boys 2 twin beds.

Would not suggest to use with certain types of mattresses. Since this product straps to the middle of the mattresses it creates pressure on the mattress that it's not designed to hold. Then over a short amount of time the mattress starts to break down along the edges. I ended up having to replace my mattress after only owning it for 4 years.On a positive note, I replaced my split king with just a regular king. Eliminating the need for this type of product. Unfortunately it cost me much more than I was anticipating spending so soon.The product itself is relatively easy to use. The strap was a little difficult to get to stay tight at first. It did not cause any discomfort to me as I was sleeping. Since the strap is along the side of the bed, it did not create any bumps on the top, leaving a nice flat surface. I do need to say that unless you pull the strap extremely tight, it will not keep the mattresses close together.

If I were to write this review immediately after I put this on the bed, I would give it 5 stars. It was easy to put on the bed. The straps secure tightly. If you go too tight you will know because the mattress will buckle.This review is after full use so no it is not 5 stars.Initially, everything seemed like it fell into place, but that changed rather quickly once we slept in the bed.The bridge closed the gap, was wide enough, and the straps could be adjusted accordingly. The issue is if someone lays on the bridge, it will eventually cave (rather quickly I must add) and now the same issue is here. Noone wanta to have to keep assembling the bridge unless you chamge your sheets daily. We change ours every three days and its still a problem. It is also a waste of money. I do not recommend.

I was a bit hesitant in ordering this for my adjustable base split king due to the mixed reviews, but decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! The 12” version fits the gap perfectly with no discernible edge and the feel is seamless. The strap that it comes with to go around the bed is absurdly long, but better than being too short - it does not affect the beds ability to adjust. I do also use a horizontal bed bridge that I had gotten before this, but didn’t do the job on its own. Together, you can’t even tell that it’s a split king anymore. Highly recommend.

I took a shot, to hopefully fill the gap in out bed (we have two queens, pushed together). My girls sleep with me a lot, and like laying in the crack... which pushes the beds apart, eats clothing, crumbs, blankets, and other items, and is just a general annoyance to me.nThe strap fits around both queens, easily, and I tightened them nice and tight to hopefully keep them together. I don't feel like it fills the crack all that well, but (if it works) the strap keeping them from separating, and preventing things from falling in the crack, should make it worth buying.
