I love this tasty, meaty, jerky. I've only had the teriyaki flavor but am interested in trying them all. I find the texture and moisture to be just right. Grocery stores are not carrying it yet, at least not in the DMV.

I have been buying multipacks (4) of this product for about 5 months. In the last delivery, 3 out of the 4 packets were moldy and inedible, and obvious had to be thrown away. Consequently it cost me $24 for one packet of mushroom jerky. I won't be buying this brand again, and cannot recommend it.

If you loved jerky as a meat eater, you will absolutely love this! Texture, flavor, chew, spot on!!!! And probably the most important point is there are no chemicals, ingredients you don't know or can't pronounce. Just mushrooms and spices!!!!

OK - well I thought my beef jerky at my local supermarket was expensive, until I bought these! I know, I should have read the listing better on Amazon, but I did not...I bought these because I turn to SharkTank ever so often when I end the news and need something to watch for 30 mins or so... During an episode, they had a 3 minute summary this product and the seller and how much money he had made along with his Shark. The video showed it being manufactured by smiling people in a great place... And, that, is when I saw the (larger) packets of mushroom jerky falling off the end of a conveyer belt. I will say those packages looked WAY bigger than what showed up on my doorstep.So - buyer beware - these things are tiny.They are pretty good though. There was no option for me to purchase a 3 pack of three different flavors, so I purchased the Teriyaki. Much more chewy (good) than I thought mushrooms could be. I am not vegan. I love steak, at least once a week. But these were pretty good. Just a terrible value - in my mind.

Really tasty stuff I had bought originally at Sierra Trading Post. It's cheaper there for the quantity you get.Will absolutely buy again and again. Fungi fanatic 5 stars!!!

I used to buy this product often and really enjoyed it. However, I am extremely disappointed that they changed the way they process or make this product that it caused it to lose all of its vitamin D nutritional content that it previously had. I saw something on their website confirming this, too.One of the significant health benefits of shiitake mushrooms is vitamin D, and for them to eliminate that entirely clearly seems like they are more focused on profit than people’s health. If they lost the vitamin D content, I wonder what other vitamin content has been eliminated through the new way they process this food. I hope they add the vitamin D content back and then I will happily be a repeat customer again.

Love mushroom jerk

We saw this on Shark Tank. Flavor would be ok but this is too difficult to chew. You cannot chew it. Much tougher than real jerky.
