Getting Back My Independence
Having mobility issues is a very frustrating situation not being able to personally to put my own socks on. For over 15+ years I gave had to ask family members to put my socks on for me and trust me, that's very humbling but my wife who's a real trooper as is my older sister. Both do this for me of putting on my socks on. Before it was my Dad before he passed away. What occurred was a family emergency request where I was asked to take a family member to another part of our state. And knew I didn't want to ask my Mother In-Law. So my wife told me to order the item. And I have had no problems with the product.

Game changer for Independence
I had a knee injury followed by a debilitating knee surgery. I'm a very independent person, and it was really killing me to need help with every single task. It was fabulous to be able to reclaim some of that independence, even if the task is as small as putting on my own socks. Paired with Kizik shoes that I could get into all by myself, I was able to be that much more mobile without assistance. It's a simple tool that is easy to use, and while you do have to stretch your sock pretty good to fit it on the tool, it does not stretch your socks out and leave them baggy.

Very simple and easy to use
Very simple and easy to use. I'm a candidate for a hip replacement and was having trouble putting my socks and shoes on my left foot. Make sure you line the sock up STRAIT on the cup, put the cup on the floor, tilt the cup up, holding the pull ropes, slide your foot down in far as possible and pull slowly until sock is on. It works ... I was a happy camper and so was my wife ... she doesn't have to help me anymore (LOL)

Game changer!!
The sock aid is an overall game changer. I have struggled with a hamstring injury in my right leg for some months now, so putting on my right sock has been a TASK to say the least. I’m pretty tall too (5’11) but I don’t even have to bend an inch to put my sock on now. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have a pretty wide foot. Sometimes fitting my foot in the opening gets my pinkie toe stuck. But only needs a small adjustment. I’d recommend more for ankle socks than long socks as you may still need to pull the sock up. Maybe if they had 2 sizes (reg, XL) I’d give a 5 starts. Overall I’m extremely pleased and impressed with this product. Would recommend to anyone! Does exactly what it says

Easy to use, saves time, no joint pain
This is the best self help aid I have seen in a long time. Due to ongoing knee and hip issues and pain, it would take me almost ten minutes to put on one sock. I looked for help on Amazon and ordered this item. So easy to put a sock on it and slide my foot right in! Plastic is sturdy (not super flexible) and ropes and foam handles are great. What a time saver and no more aching joints when getting my socks on in the mornings. I recommend this for anyone with joint pain, back pain and for any age. It looks like it will last a long time. Btw I have only tried it with men’s ankle socks and no shows. Very happy with purchase.

So far so good
Have only had these for a few days and so far they have worked well. I have used these or similar for several years. Several brands look alike, but do not hold up to daily use with compression socks. This brand seems to be the longest lasting.

Works great
My elderly father had hip surgery and couldn’t put on his socks by himself. On the first day with this product he was able to get his socks on and was amazed how easy it was to use. He loved it and now uses it every day.

Works as compression sock aid
I bought this to help get my husband's compression socks on after his knee replacement. I wasn't able to do it myself because of bad arthritis in my hands, and my husband obviously couldn't do it. I realize that this device wasn't mean for this type of sock, but it does work. It's still difficult, and takes two of us (one to hold the bottom of the sock on as it doesn't have a toe, and guide the sock on), and the other one to pull, but it does work.
