It really takes up dirt, wax , does have fumes so open windows and keep pets away while using it

we used thus product to remove a shining product i put on my floors; which turned out to be the worst thing i could have done!! but zep removed the entire mess including the dirt i didn't see... the water was black !!! we did three separate batches and im thrilled with the results

I used this once several months ago, and I did not like it. Turns out, like with many other products, reading the directions was beneficial. The trick with my floors is that directions state do not let the product application dry before rinsing. Heeding this instruction changed my perspective. However, if you have a large floor, you might need to divide the process into manageable areas that you can completely clean instead of attempting to follow all the steps at one time for your entire floor. Chances are, if you attempt this, your floor will dry in spots before rinsing, and the result is not pretty. When I divided the floor into sections and completed all steps in each section individually, I was pleased with the results. Also, I have multiple serious respiratory illnesses. I was concerned about reactions to the chemicals. I had no discernible reaction. Try it.

Does a good job stripping old wax.
