I have purchased this item several times from Amazon. Each time it arrives in a timely manner and the packages are in good condition. This product works as advertised. If you hate window cleaning, Full Crystal is just what you are looking for.

This product really works. I live in a colonial style home and I use this to clean the entire outside of the house; siding and windows. Happy with the product and it does not harm my shrubs and plants. I highly recommend this!

Although the product doesn't cover as much space as advertised, I keep buying it because it cleans beautifully and quickly. Do I recommend it? Absolutely.

My house has some very very high windows. I love this product follow directions and it really does leave windows clean and streak free!!!!

Love the product. This is my third time purchasing it. For me it’s a time saver. I can wash all my windows from the outside in about 30 minutes. Even though I have the double pain windows that open to the inside, this a time saver. But be sure you rinse well.

Initially I was excited and thought this was a great product. I did as directed and cleaned the windows after the sun was not beating on them so they could dry. Don’t know if the photos show it but after drying the windows have streaks and we are going to have to rwc lean them. These are newer windows so it’s not years of dirt and grim.

I don't get up on a ladder any more so this product is great. One thing to note is that you have to use it while your window is shaded. If the window has the sun shining on it, it will dry too fast leaving streaks.

I have used these before. Work really well. I have 20 sunroom windows. My neck and shoulders will not allow me to hand wash the outside anymore as they are ceiling to floor patio doors. Open all the way to outside. This product solved the problem. I can do the inside and leave the outside and screens to my hose!
