Convert T12 to T8.
From T12 to T8. Wiring is different but simple. Keep the fixture's original wires long in case you need the length -- Red (ballast) to yellow (fixture).

Changed Rapid start ballast to this Instant start to use LED U-Tube bulbs… easy process when power is OFF! Ballast works fine with LED U-Tubes… Buying two more to modify other fixtures…
