My son wears this whenever he goes out of the house. It works fine even for soccer and long-distance running. He's a skinny 11 year old. He keeps it with his shoes, so that when he puts his shoes on, he is reminded to put it on as well. It appears that the product would accommodate a wide range of waist sizes. It holds 2 epipens, though he only carries one. 2 would be very bulky for his small frame! There is one pouch in the front, and one in the back, and he only uses the one in the front. It appears to be quite comfortable, and he hasn't been complaining about it.

It's a little bulky under the t-shirt. My child is thin so his shirts are usually loose and you can't really see, but if he's wearing his running shirts with this item, it will show...and that's with just one epi pen in the front. With two (one in front, one in back), it's really awkward. He doesn't seem to mind for now, but he has yet to really test it out.

Kinda bulky but my son wears it (6 yrs old) He likes it better than the other running belt we bought.

My son (12 yrs. old) loves it because it's not too visible. However, it's not durable. I have to purchase one at the beginning of every school year & they're not cheap. The good thing is that he wears it!
