O.K. but not great pics
I haven't used the video yet, but the pictures are grainy. The stills taken at night are not all that great either, unless the varmit is within 10 feet of the camera. The worst part is the picture size; its about 1/2 the size of my 5 year old Moultrie camera's pictures. W

Wish I could send it back & get a new one. What is return policy at Amazon?
I've had this camera at farm 3 weeks. It took pictures 1st 2 weeks, and now it's not working. I have one just like it I bought over a year ago, and it's working great, which is why I chose to buy this one. Bad buy.

Others felt the same way
I have 4 Moultrie cameras and loved them all, until I got this one. You'll need JPL laboratories to help you program it and make it work. Over an hour and it still won't do what I'd like it to. Motion and video was my choice but it won't oblige me. Oh BTW there are no real instructions as to how you even turn it on or know when it's working. It's terrible, I'd return it, but I waited too long assuming it would work like my others, which you simply flip the switch to on, and wallah they work. Search form something else if you don't want to waste time programming and your goal is to just capture some game pictures. It could be so much simpler too.

Inconsistent triggering
The moultrie I had before this one would trigger and catch cars coming down the drive at pretty much the same spot every time within the frame no matter the speed of the vehicle (that one after two years stopped taking pictures). This one, one time will fire just as it enters and other times as it’s leaving so you can’t ever get a shot of the plates even when you driving the exact same speed testing it. Also, doesn’t trigger a lot. Tried putting it in burst mode but still does a bad job and this one seems to be more sensitive to movement (even though it somehow misses cars) so most of the time I just have hundreds of pictures of things moving in the wind.

Specialty Use Camera ideal for fields
This is a really unique camera. 120i offers 120 degree field of view (semi-panoramic). There is also a 3 lense 180i with 180 degrees of view. My opinion, images are very good day and better than average night with good range. But that's not what I bought this camera for. I bought this for better field coverage. It also has an advantage over the 180i because unless you have a tree that sticks out into a field you are going to get a lot of brush on the left and right side of the camera that will trigger false pic's when you set on a typical field edge. I use the 120 to see more deer in the field. I use the 180i in open woods to cover more area and help pinpoint better camera placement that I may have missed if I had a 1 lense camera. Great concept and execution. Agree the set up can be a little tricky at first but you learn what's what and it gets pretty easy to do after that.
